WORST MOVIE GOING EXPERIENCE. WORST CINEMARK IN TEXAS.
Do yourself a favor and go to the Cinemark at Legacy. This movie theater makes you use your PHONE for the menu… What a horrible idea. ?Imagine every 10 to 15 mins someone with their distracting bright screen shining during the movie to look at the menu and then they decide to reply to a text or check their twitter.
Many employee have a terrible attitudes, from the kid that stands behind the kiosk smacking his gum as he watches you use the kiosk to the server who takes your order. They hate answering questions and their jobs. It makes me think this is a problem from the top. Just poor management. We asked if they could layer our popcorn she said she would see. They didn’t. I had to get up and ask another server. Another server slammed our drinks on the table. They stand right in front of you when you’re are ordering or giving your food. Move to the side. Crouch down.
They also have no large popcorn option. Just medium with no refill options. Why? So if you’re a Cinemark member no refills for you even though you pay for it. What a terrible location and missed opportunity. Movie studio grill and Alamo draft house are superior in every way when comes to Dine in theaters, heck even AMC dine is better than this location. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Nice and comfortable cinema. Our garlic parm fries were cold and when we sent it back, they microwaved it and sent it back to us. Popcorn was cold too. Server and staff were professional. The food just ruined it for us.
I would come back for the comfy chairs but I wouldn’t order any food from here.

Seats very comfortable and clean but their food and popcorn are cold, tastes like leftovers!!! have a bite somewhere else not worth the a penny.

The popcorn quantity is way too little for the price. I paid 13$ for popcorn n coke
They gave it in a small paper bag

I recently visited CUT! by Cinemark in Frisco, Texas, for the 10 AM showing of the new Alien movie on Friday, August 16th. While the movie itself was fantastic, the service was absolutely terrible. I pressed the button twice to order a Coke Zero, but no one ever came, even though everyone around me was getting served. I assumed the button was broken, so I went to the front ticket person just before the movie started and asked for help. He said he'd send a server to us, which took a while, but someone finally came over, checked the button without saying anything, and took my order for a Coke Zero.
As I watched everyone else around me promptly receive their food and drinks, I still hadn't received my Coke Zero, even 15 minutes into the movie. I had my father press his button, and eventually, the server came back. When I asked politely about my drink, he simply said they were very understaffed and walked away. A minute later, I finally got my Coke Zero.
It took over 20 minutes to get a simple drink, while everyone else around me received theirs quickly. I found this experience frustrating and disappointing, especially considering the premium prices of a theater like CUT! Cinemark. I might stick with AMC from now on.

It's a nice theater and comfy seats but I miss the smell of popcorn popping out in front, snacks and sodas out at front concessions. Also the seat I set in stunk like something dead rotting away. I just read a review of dead rodents in auditoriums so possibly a dead rodent was stuck down in seat frame or on a sticky trap.
