I bought a phone from this place and after paying for it, the Indian woman who served it refused to give me the receipt, claiming that she would email it to me the next day. I went to ask for the receipt again and she just told me that since the sale had been made the day before she couldn't give it to me and that there was no reason to give it to me under any circumstances. The price of the phone is listed at approximately $375 and she charged me $553. I am supposed to have the right as a consumer to have a receipt for any type of purchase I make. I definitely do not recommend this place if you don't want to be scammed.

Especially switching from Mint Mobile (which isn’t bad for the price if you don’t use much data). Cricket is on AT&Ts network which works extremely well even the hotspot works really well so well I can watch movies and live video chats with no issues. And you get 150 Gigs of cloud storage with the $60 plan. It’s sad that I’m this excited about it but it’s really that good

If you're looking for a store with 1) little to no customer service 2) employees who are bored, rude and obviously don't care about your needs, this is the place to go. Singularly one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Will never do business with these people. If there were a rating with 0 or minus 3 stars, they would get it from me.

We origunally went to the store in Little Elm, however they were closed before their regular hours without explaination. We called the Frisco store to find out why and were told we could go to that store instead. Anusha was who we spoke to and we were greeted by her as she was with another customer. Another customer walked in after we did and forcefully began talking to her as we waited. Anusha answered a few of her questions and then finished assisting the other customer She was with. Then she started to assist us. Anusha answered our questions and we started setting up our new line for our daughter. The customer that butted her way in got frustraded and made a rude comment to her and left. Anusha was so patient and helpful with setting our daughter up with a new line. She also helped us apply for a discount. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we would highly recommend visiting her!

They tried to sell me phone insurance that I did not want. The sales man signed me up for it and I didn't notice for 4 months. Cost me $132. Not noticing for 4 months is on me for trusting people.I hope his commision was worth it.......... of course he doesn't care bc he got his and Cricket got theirs so they don't care either.Also I suggest that both positive comments were from friends.

I went to the store yesterday to get a new number for my daughter. Young guy there helped us by offering the best phone within our budget. Also shared ways cricket help their customer savings on bill payments.Ended up with getting a fast phone with frictions of the cost and he helped setting up the phone as well.Great service, cleanest store by far I ever been to any cricket, friendly, great customer service, showed how to use phone features, overall experience was great.After using the service and features of the phone I felt like sharing our visit and which I think they deserve. Keep up the good work Dean.Highly recommended by a happy customer.
