Veronica was excellent she made sure to connect with us on a personal level. I admire her hard work and diligence to keep checking us and finding the best deal for our family. She was knowledgeable on how to get rid of the negative equity we were carrying on our car. Carlson was helpful to my husband and assisted with him while Veronica was out. Awesome Job team! Brandon was very professional in getting everything handled in service . Gary entrusted the right person to handle the situation. The service man who greeted me was awesome. I did not have a appointment today to have my oil changed done and they were able to complete the service in a timely manner very friendly courteous. I appreciate the service I received today.

Though it's a little pricey, I'd rather come here for the good service than any other place. Tanner helped me both times I brought my car in and he was there to answer all my questions so I understood everything. They never repair anything without asking and the prices are laid out beforehand so you know what you're getting into. I was in and out quickly both times. I was just coming for routine maintenance, but they made sure to check my car for anything out of sorts.

Jeff and Sony made the buying process delightful. They worked according to our needs and had excellent attitude towards the late hours of the night. They deserve every bit of our business and we will continually make crest Nissan our family's preferred choice.
Unfortunately, this place has really gone down in customer service and etiquette, since purchasing our vehicle the service department will do anything to charge you even with all the warranty. I was told by even the managers there, that there will be a charge for getting diagnostic done for sensor’s malfunctioning. It’s not a one time issue, everytime we bring the vehicle, gas leak, sensor malfunctioning, etc. it just feels like it’s returned back to us in same condition. Come on, we purchased the vehicle a year ago and we have full power train and bumper to bumper. Anyway, this use to be our spot but will not be going here anymore. We purchase 3-4 vehicles a year and prefer loyalty and appreciation over shady sales tactics.

I needed a Catalyic Converter replaced on my Sentra. From scheduling my appointment to dropping off and keeping in contact .Tanner was so amazing and understanding and was quick to make sure everything was done and it was even done earlier than promised.

It's a long complicated situation until I finally decided to visit the Crest Nissan of Frisco, TX. website. Within less than 12 hours my salesmen K.A., Trevor, Sales Manager Ryan and Finance Manager Zak made whar was going to be an impossible possibility work. Their motto of " we treat you like family" is absolutely true in every aspect from start to completion of the vehicle purchasing experience.
They exceeded my expectations at every level. They make the automobile purchasing experience pleasurable. Their level of service sets a benchmark for other DFW metroplex dealers to attempt to achieve.
The founder Mr. Crest had high levels of expectations and he established business principles which are rarely found in the automobile sales industry of today. They remain intact to this day. Crest dealerships build relationships and sincerely appreciate and respect your time and will work tirelessly and do whatever it takes to make you a member of the Crest Family. I encourage you to give them an opportunity you'll be glad you did and you will have a name you can trust and depend upon for all your automobile needs. From sales to service their top tier from my experience. It will always be a Crest logo regardless of make or model for me.
I wasted much time with competitors. I learned my lesson the hard way. So save yourself time, money. hassle and lack of customer service and simply give Crest a chance. You too will become a Crest only customer.
