After purchasing my vehicle earlier this year I was concerned that the 2 consultants who helped me previously have moved on. Last week I visited Crest for maintenance and met Blake and the Loaner Vehicle Manager, Dustin who offered exceptional customer service-feel well taken care of again!!! Thank you!

I bought the car and already servicing it at Crest for the past 5 plus years and always paid the service charges with my credit card. Today for the first time Crest Infinity charged me a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. It was a shock. That means Crest is charging their customers for giving them the business. I just wanted to warn everybody ahead of time.

GREAT SERVICE. Erica was very helpful and knowledgable as I was coming from Iowa to purchase a car from them and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Every question I asked was answered quickly and I flew down to pick up my car same day and they were ready to help me right away. We leased a new vehicle from Crest Infiniti about a month ago. It was one of the most stress free and enjoyable car buying experiences we've ever had. The super nice and knowledge team at Crest showed that the car buying process can be fun and free of the bad dealership behavior that we hear so much about.
