I bought a vehicle from Brandon De Soto in October 2023. He assured me that all their used vehicles are serviced to ensure they are safe and ready to drive off the lot. Mine was neither. When I arrived home a low battery indicator came on. When I notified Brandon he offered to replace it, but after driving it an hour to Frisco my service representative Blake told me my battery was healthy. When I asked what the age of the battery was he said he did not have that information. I brought my vehicle to my service shop and was told I absolutely need a new battery ($350). The first time I went to fuel my vehicle the gas would not pump because I needed a new charcoal canister/ fuel evaporative canister ($585). I was told the vehicle has been serviced and had an oil change when it arrived at Credt. However, I ALSO needed an oil change within two weeks of purchasing my vehicle ($100). I recommend getting a diagnostic on any used vehicle you are considering from Crest Infiniti before purchasing and do not trust that it will be safe or ready to drive off their lot.

Hi folks. First worlder here so anything you read, take it with a grain of Himalayan Pink Salt, the good stuff. I am living a life of privvy so do not see my review as other than the review of a guy with too much time and money. If you can afford to worry about how many stars a place has, you aren't rating the last sidewalk you slept on, or dumpster you ate out of. You are doing better than you give yourself credit. I know life is awesome, so read with that in mind. So Crest Infiniti. Though I believe in shopping in my city first, the nearest Infiniti Dealership to me is in a sister city of Grapevine, and is owned by Grubbs. To me, Grubbs is the Spirit Airlines of car stealerships. I would sooner fill my shoes with broken glass and walk than be given a car from Grubbs. So onward to Crest. Did my homework on the car I wanted, got my financing ahead of time, no trade, and boom. Went to Grubbs to make a deal knowing I was just using it as a reference. Got to Crest, they beat Grubbs, boom, SUV. Today I just needed a TPMS flashed. Called Grubby and Crest. Both said no appt needed, that it was a quick job less than 10 minutes. Wow. Drove my dumb behind to Grubbs first, they then told me 2 freaking hours. Why did I allow myself to be lied to by them again knowing that is who they are? I wanted to have my leg cut off, put on a donkey, then have him kick me up in my behind with his leg and mine for trust Grubbs again. Got back in the car drove to North Dallas to Crest. Got to North Dino, drove in the service bay, service advisor greeted me, asked me what I needed today, I told him TPMS needed reset. He walked around with a doo hickey scanning tires, asked me to exit the truck for a minute. Couple minutes later told me I was good to go. Less than 10 minutes from the time I drove in, I was ready to go. Tipped the guy a cool $20. He said no tip was necessary. I thought buying him lunch for the time saved and honesty deserved it. So I insisted he accept my money. The service was free. Life isn't free. Time is money, so I took up their time, I left some money. I had to drive an additional 45 minutes round trip from my home, additional 30 minutes past a much closer Grubbs Infiniti Dealership in Grapevine. Was it worth the extra drive and time? Yes. I would have still been waiting at Grubbs. I was able to get my car fixed, some grocery shopping out of the way and back home in less time with greater distance, by going to Crest Infiniti. Have a great day peeps. Sun is shining, birds are chipping, squirrels are storing their nuts, and I am delighted to have once again had a great day in the first world. Take care of yourselves, and your loved ones. Peace.

First- it doesn't even deserve 1 star- " The Crest name is synonymous with outstanding customer service." What an absolute lie coming from the mouth of Crest! I have been a customer of Crest Infiniti since 2010, having purchased two cars from their dealership (plano then frisco location) I wanted to share my extreme disappointment with their dealership, their team and most importantly, the service that has been provided. I brought in my 2017 q50 last week and found that it was in need of a new motor due to the oil mixing with the coolant- to my surprise, I would have never expected that a car with 74,000 miles would need a new motor. I was told that given that it was so close to the 70,000 mile warranty there was a possibility that goodwill assistance could be provided. Again, to my surprise, I was told that the only way that the assistance would be provided was if I were to be able to provide proof of every oil change, specifically the receipts. I called the multiple places that I have taken my car to over the past 6 years and unfortunately, some are unable to provide receipts (one has a computer system that goes back 1 year and 1 is under new ownership so does not have records from the previous owners). the expectation of obtaining the unobtainable is unbelievable. In addition, when I explained that I could not obtain the unobtainable, the first thing your service manager proceeded to ask me was "when will you be returning the loaner car"- not "how can we help or what can we do?" He showed absolutely no empathy in a situation that should not be happening. To have a dealership I have trusted for the past 13 years be so incredibly unwilling to help out in this awful situation is so disappointing. I have reached out to the Chief of Staff at Crest Auto Group in hopes that this doesn't happen to anyone and unfortunately never heard back from anyone. It's an awful company with even worse customer service.

Terrible customer service! Will not return. I'd rather drive the extra miles to Sewell Infiniti than to return to Crest.

Very Shady VERY deceptive. Be warned! John Balzar in service department and Troy service manager took 5 days to look at a squeak in my car and charged me diagnostic fees for more than was discussed up front. They didn't even find the issue I brought the car in for.

Not only is crest Infiniti deceptive, they are MALICIOUS! I think that service and parts departments were both being deceptive about the fact you didn't have the part in stock in order to get me to pay for the service instead of just telling me you don't have it and letting me attempt to get something aftermarket. It was clear that I knew what the problem was and had attempted to fix it myself (for context: I was sold a bad replacement part which prompted me to bring it to you thinking we were chasing an electric issue). FURTHERMORE, I think that if a vehicle comes in without AC in July, maybe a manager should approach the customer upon checkout to find why it's leaving without AC. I also would have purchased the brake fluid flush service if things had been more forthcoming but I was getting the feeling I was being jerked around so I definitely would have spent more money if there hadn't been deception about if the part was actually stocked or not. I did move forward with the oil change and crest did not tell me the head gasket valves were also leaking so that was BS to find out less than a month later after half the new oil I purchased was gone. I left clearly upset and the service manager said she would call me but never did. At the time crest told me they did me a favor by hooking me up with my state inspection for "free" but after waiting two hours at the tax assessors office today, I found out the inspection they gave me wasn't even for my make car - I feel they were messing with my time for not spending my hard earned money with them. This is absolutely egregious behavior from a dealership... to miss work, lose pay, and wait hours at the tax assessors office only to find out the dealership was just messing with me about the inspection because I would not agree to pay $3k in additional services while they waited to get a blower motor resistor shipped to them is so messed up. As the consumer, I have the RIGHT to decline services without being targeted by the dealership. What they did was so sneaky (they gave me a junk or fake inspection for a q50 when I drive a qx4) and this is just plain wrong to do to someone. It is also fraud to give me a different vehicles inspection. To find out they did this at the window of the tax assessor after waiting two hours there was overwhelming. Not only is crest Infiniti deceptive, they are MALICIOUS! Do NOT go here or trust these people.

This place has become so terrible and untrustworthy. Ladies Be Ware. My young daughter who had leased a vehicle from this Dealership went in to ask what she needed to do to purchase the vehicle since her lease was due to expire in the next 3 months. They immediately told her she would have to have the vehicle inspected by them, for a tune of $632.00 and will have to pay for any required maintenance before Any Buy Out ( I have the form they handed her when she came in to the dealer). Even though the vehicle had been maintained by this dealership the entire time of the Lease, of course they were going to find something and they did for the tune of $1,432.11. It wasn't until they took her money that they informed her she would have to call InfinitI Financial to purchase the vehicle. When I asked Infiniti Financial why she had to pay $1,432.11 to Crest Infiniti if the was purchasing the vehicle and they were selling it to her As Is, No Warranty, Infiniti Financial said they had no idea why they had done this and that should not have happened. I called Infiniti hoping they would make this right, the service manager was rude said, there is nothing else to say and hung up. Hope your proud of yourself big guy, you took advantage of a young female who works very hard for her money and should have never been treated in such a disrespectful underhanded way.

Shady Typical dealership games for sales. Wont give you OTD numbers and be direct. They will keep asking you to come in to see it; even if the car you are looking for is not in stock anywhere in the state. How about sending an OTD price over the email? Nope. They don't care about simplifying customer experience. Its about playing games with you. They need to get with times and understand customers are more informed now than prior times and hate to be hassled. Tried to buy a car from them in the past and walked away. Tried again few weeks ago, nothing changed. Now I have crossed off this dealership for good.

Trent was awesome to work with throughout the purchase process! I'd give him 10 Stars if I could! Highly recommend you ask for him if you are in the market for a new vehicle! Actually, looking forward to the next vehicle I need to buy. Make sure you save time for BBQ at Ernest B's!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! On September 6, 2022, we brought our Infiniti G37 Convertible to Crest Infiniti due to our convertible top getting stuck midway while other opening OR closing it. The top was functioning inconsistently, meaning it would work one day then not work the next. This was thoroughly explained in detail the day that we dropped the vehicle off for the diagnosis / service. After the diagnosis, we were told that the partial shelf was the problem and needed to be replaced. Over the course of 55 days, our car had been in and out of their service department because after taking possession of our vehicle, each time we would try to open or close the top, it would get stuck midway. This happened the first day we picked it up and multiple times after, and then again after they stated issue was resolved again. Same Issue, Same Concern that we originally brought the vehicle in for - nothing ever changed. After multiple emails back and forth, asking for the service department to please look at our car again and fix what we brought it in for and PAID for...we were told on November 9, 2022 by the customer experience representative "We completed the work of the initial concern, therefore a refund will not be issued". TODAY, November 30, 2022 - after paying in full $3,701.87, our car is still having the same issues as it was the day we brought it in for the original concern....which is our convertible top getting stuck midway while other opening OR closing it. The top was functioning inconsistently, meaning it would work one day then not work the next. And now, no-one is returning our calls or responding to our emails. This is NOT OK and evidently the same thing that other customers have also experienced with this business. We truly waited and gave this dealership plenty of time to do the right thing. Quite frankly, we just want our car fixed or a refund, so we can take it elsewhere. Now, we just want to warn others of the deceptive practices of Crest Infiniti. *12/6/2022 - John - Thanks for your reply. We've reached out to Carla Thompson (per your response), Randy Nabors, Craig Keys, Mike Brosin, Infiniti Service, etc. No one has responded. Feel free to provide any additional names/email addresses.

Appreciate Tux showing us several Q60 options tonight after hours. Great example of customer service. My wife has bought three cars from the Crest family, plan on making it four very soon!

I ordered a QX 60 from Crest. Originally the car was expected in 2 to 3 weeks. Based on that, I sold my car. Fast forward, the car is still not here. Crest graciously brought me a loan car today to use till mine arrives. THANK YOU Shaun and John!! I look forward to a long relationship with Crest Infiniti! Lynn S

Buyer beware!! If you have an option to purchase from another dealership (Sewell or Grubbs) run away from Crest as fast as possible. I don't trust them and think they have shady business practices on their sales side. I've been a customer for two years - service only. The service side was fine. Sales is atrocious. My Infinity was totaled. I did my research and new exactly what I wanted to purchase and was pre-approved for any loan. I was the best qualified buyer and the easiest sell. They blew it!!! Crest had two vehicles that matched my requirements. I made an appointment. Gave them the stock numbers of the two cars, told them I would buy within 10 days and already had an approval for the loan. Easy. I show up to my appointment. The rep I was scheduled to meet pushed me off on to a different rep that seemed not to have much much experience. But OK. That rep knew nothing of what I was looking for and when I gave them the stock numbers, I was informed that both vehicles (certified pre-owned, 1 owner, x # mileage, etc) were loaned out. Seriously??? You post certified vehicles for sale and then loan them out. I want the car advertised which is NOT now or would be the same car as it is basically a rental with multiple owners, more mileage, and who knows what new dings it has. I learned from several other dealerships, car gurus like Ed Wallace, and others in the business that the scenario above - lending cars for sale is NOT standard business practice. So, of course, because the cars were not available, I got the bate and switch tactics. No, I didn't want powdered blue, no I don't want brand new. NO. The rep said she would let me know when those cars were back for me to see. My meeting was three weeks ago. No follow up, no update on when those "lender" cars might be back. Nothing. I can only conclude that the sales team sucks at follow up OR the vehicles advertised NEVER existed. Simply a bate and switch technique. Or perhaps I wasn't dressed nice enough, wearing designer jewelry, etc. Who knows. But they blew it. Well, cheers Crest. I purchased a slightly more expensive vehicle than anticipated with better options and 1000 times better sales and service. And, I dressed the same and was treated very well. I'm so glad that you were incompetent. My purchase was very pleasant. I also will not use your service. I will drive to Dallas or Grapevine. Lost customer for life.

This is a update to my previous review: I reached out to Crest on 2/16/22 as requested about my review. I spoke with Mike Brosin the General Manager at Crest. I explained in great detail everything that had transpired since June or July 2021 in my attempt to purchase a 2022 QX60 autograph. I further explained that my salesman John was very kind and that I don't blame him for any of this situation. He even put me in touch with the Sales Manager early on. All this was done by phone since I don't live in Dallas. I appreciate Mike's kindness and his apology for the way this situation transpired. He offered several solutions to help me get my new Infiniti which I appreciated very much. Unfortunately, we have been working with another dealership for a few months now. Since I am a very loyal person/customer, I feel the right thing to do is stay the path with the sales team at other dealership. Should anything change and they are unable to get in my selection of the QX60, I certainly will not hesitate to return to Crest. My only regret is feeling like my only option was to write my very first Yelp review. Hopefully, we all can learn something positive so it won't happen again. I hope to be a Crest customer again sometime in the future!
