Dealership shows one price than it goes up 2000 dollars when you sign in about it. Also they use term luxury fee.lol on a hundred thousand mile car. What a joke seats are broken in by then.lol

We bought a pre-owned vehicle here, and our experience was great; they weren't pushy. Gilbert Cortes also took care of us. He was great, very upfront, and open to negotiation. Also, they were very kind when we asked them to fix a broken connection; they did it without charge. We recommend this Dealership.

Non-transparent and flaky dealership. Dealer quoted me a highly elevated price on a used, recent trade-in that had not yet been listed. When I said the price was way too high and above market, he came back and said made a mistake and it was actually $10k lower. Then, the dealership listed the vehicle for $3k lower than the second referenced price the next day. To make things worse, the listing price is not the price you pay. They add $1,895 to every deal for tint, door-guard, etc….basically reselling original features from their trade in for an additional uplift. Stay away!

Went in to negotiate a price on newly traded in vehicles. Was going to buy 2 cars after just purchasing a high dollar vehicle 2 yrs ago, and then purchased a vehicle last week. All of a sudden, some mystery people were there willing to pay full price for the 2 vehicles I was inquiring about. Needless to say, these same 2 vehicles are still on the lot after end of day. Also, all of a sudden, both vehicles I inquired about are now 1k plus more on their site. This is a practice similar to other companies that have been sued and fined millions of dollars for. Mind you, I am a minority and was going to purchase 2 cars at one time which would have made it 3 cars in total in only 2 weeks time. I won't say what this is, but reading this you can figure out what it is. MAY NOT EVER GO BACK TO CREST EVERY AGAIN, and my social media followers of thousands will know how some of the sales managers operate! This isn't over. News outlets etc WILL KNOW what's going on here. IT IS VERY CLEAR WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE and there isn't anything CREST can say to me to dispute it.

I have a Escalade SUV and whenever i visited for service, their service is worst. Staffs were not kind and they don't provide a rental car unlikely BMW. Also my car had major issues having paid $20k last 5 years unlikely my Hyundai Genesis never had any issue for 10 years.

If I could give it a 10 I would .. to Crest Cars . From the beginning of purchasing My Wife's car ( our first Escalade) then to the Great service and very friendly staff.Logan McPherson service manager and Kodie Cadenhead sales Manager they went above and beyond to keep us very comfortable with the purchase. Definitely we Will buy our next family car from him. I like the place and people . Dealer ship has a great value and great quality it was worth every penny will be doing more business with them for sure!

Everyone was so helpful! Jason was awesome in explaining my options for the purchase and was very patient as I made my decisions, while Howard was very patient and informative about the vehicle. The sales team never seemed pushy or aggressive and instead seemed genuinely concerned about my happiness and satisfaction. I love My car and feel confident that I made The right choice!

Tux and the staff treated me like a king. Picked me up from the airport..feed me the best bbq in Texas, signed the deal on my dream car and made sure I got back to airport safely all in the same day. Will buy my next vehicle from them.
