I used to take my Cadillac to a Dallas dealership and loved their customer service. Now that I work from home my husband took my ATS here for service a couple times. Each time I felt unwelcome during my interaction with service rep. Then on my last visit, was straight disrespected and over charged. I submitted my complaint to corporate and received a complete refund. Thank you corporate!! Now, for shits and giggles we went to look for a new car. Of course no sells person approached us at all. Great for us, we will take our business elsewhere!

BUYER BEWARE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Do NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership they claim they do a 360 inspection and that everything was perfect on our vehicle. We have had to replace our transmission 5 times now since buying the car a year ago. It's one thing to be a good car salesman's and it's one thing to lie to your customers. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again and that includes all Crest dealerships. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!

Beware! Ive bought 3 vehicles from Crest, never an issue. Recently I purchased a prenowned Escalade to use as a family utility vehicle. Pric was fair, it was sold as a Certified Preowned. The day after I bought I left town on a road trip. Immediately, we discovered that adaptive cruise didn't work, front end crash avoidance didn't work, "fuel range" indicator was eratic, rear heat would say 70 then 10 minutes later say 85, driver power seat made crunching noises. Obviously something was wrong. I called my service advisor, he said to bring it in when I returned to town. On my way back I called a GMC dealer and asked them to research the VIN, within minutes they called to tell that with only 28,000 miles, the left front wheel was bent and replaced, water pump was replaced, both front end air suspension shocks were replaced, transmission pan was replaced AND the entire transmission was replaced. None of these things were disclosed to me, I specifically insisted on buying a clean road car. Clearly no one at that dealership ever inspected the vehicle before certifying it. I was not happy. On return from my road trip I. went into the dealership, met with the new car manager(owners son), told him I didn't want the car. The mere fact that the car sold as a certified vehicle was a lie, intentional or due to incompetence, a violation of the contract. The manager said he completely understood, said they'd make it right. I told him I'd leave the car there, he said no because they couldn't insure it on their lot, I was the owner. At the same time my 4 year old Yukon with over 100,000 was for sale on their lot. I was uncomfortable since nothing was in writing, there were no guarantees made. Within days I was cautioned by the sales manager that used car prices can be volatile as the value of the car they sold me could drop significantly. I decided to take action while waiting for them to find a suitable alternative. They did not find a suitable car, But I was able to locate several of them in the dallas area where I live. Sadly, 2 times I was told by the other dealers that the car I was trading (the Crest car) could only be traded for a $20,000 LOSS, even though I bought the car only 2 weeks earlier. The other dealers checked the VIN and said they didn't want the car. Finally a competitor gave me $8,000 less than I paid on the trade, said that was the best I could do. Here is the problem, I went into Crest where I've made multiple purchases in the past 3 years, Asked them work with me on my loss since it was them who created the problem, and was told by the owners son, "all bets are off. Too bad." They violated the contract, never made the deal right and promptly dismissed me. I actually respect their right to act any way they see fit, BUT THIS DEALERSHIP CLEARLY DOESN'T SEE INTEGRITY AS SOMETHING IMPORTANT, IN MY CASE, THE CLIENT WAS LAST. THEY ARE MAKING SEWELLS JOB EASY, I WILL NEVER STEP INTO CREST AGAIN FOR ANYTHING. BEWARE!!!, BETTER YET, BUY ELSEWHERE.

I went to the dealer and fixed my car, and they did not put the bumper right, so I asked them to fix it, and now they want me to pay for that $ 250. I have an extended warranty for bumper-to-bumper, but they don't even want to call them and ask.I am not going back to this dealer at all.Worst service I ever had.

And now for something different a tale about a new car purchase. We have gotten a lot for oil changes and other maintenance work. But the time will come and circumstances that a new car was in order. I asked my service advisor for over 20 yrs to recommend the sales person to contact. Which I did and made an appointment. Bottom line since we had shopped the dealership and Cadillac on the internet we had a very good idea of what was needed and available. Two test drives and we were ready to buy. As a Marine Corps vet and wearing said cover the salesman made the extra effort to get a current GM appreciation discount on our new car purchase. So if you are eligible vet or other background don't forget to ask. Our purchase through finance was well done and efficient. A lot of paperwork but that's the nature of a new car purchase for dealership and Texas. While all this was going on the car was prepared for delivery. We got a brief quick over view to get the car to the house safely that night as we had other events to attend but made appointment to come back next day for detailed explanation of features. A lot had changed in cars in general and Cadillac since our last purchase eight years ago. We got a more through briefing the next day and all is well. OooRah! its a Marine thing. FYI: I have been buying and getting my cars serviced from Crest since 1996 so that makes me a real fan boy of dealership. Years ago they were located along Hwy 75 and this location is so much closer to home.

Worst dealership I've ever been to in my life. Brought my vehicle for a state inspection, Waited 1 hour & 30 mins for them to tell me their machine is broken so left without inspection.

We bought a pre owned car, they had what we wanted and fair price. All went like normal, one price outside then get to finance and it gets all smoke and mirrors. We got that it worked out. We added a $5000 bumper to bumper warranty with all the bells and whistles. We had a few things that needed finished up on the car before we took delivery. The big wig Mike Brosin even gave us his info and said call me if you are ever not taken care of. The after stuff to get fixed up took forever, no communication, even had someone try to charge us for work not authorized. I am actually baffled about how bad the service has been on every front. The pick up on drop off stuff that we paid 5k for has never happened in any hurry at all. We had brakes that were squeaking, they said that part was on back order for months. During this time we had a slow leak in a tire, they told us to bring it in and we have the come and pick it up 5k option and then said it would be 3 weeks. We have since called Sewell to see if we could transfer the service contract and they said yes. The car was picked up in 1 day and brakes and tire fixed the next day. I was so hoping that Crest could do the basic minimum. The part that really puts the icing on all of this is how aggressive everyone in the company is when they actually get anything done, even when it is terrible that we give them a 5 star review or they are going to not get paid, a bonus or be in trouble. We will not go back again. This is the first 1 star review I have written in my life. I am normally if you cant say something nice then keep it to yourself, but in this case I really think people should be aware of things like this.

We leased a car from here and simply wanted to buy out the lease. Crest refused to help us unless we paid $1800 for one year of extended warranty - this is not how you treat repeat customers . Do not buy here - they care not about the customer. We will never buy a car here again.

This is the worst dealership experience I've had. 3 hour oil change where they tried to tack on an additional $400 of fees to "clean out lines" for various aspects of the car. The oil removal is not included in the cost of an oil change. These guys are price gouging and slow.

Just about the worst sales experience ever. Buy anywhere but here. They tag on ridiculous extras like ill applied ceramic spray ( blotchy ) and charge fir window tint previous owners already paid for. Also they'll hit you up for every scammy " warranty " in the finance office. The warranties they offer aren't warranties at all, but they are is reimbursement insurance policies. And many times they will not honor them. Read the negative reviews and pay heed.

First read the other bad reviews of this dealership and you'll see that mine is not going to be all that unbelievable. I was recently in the market for a coupe and I wanted something special and I finally decided on a 2018 Cadillac ATS premium performance, 3.6 L. This is a rare car as they didn't make many with that level of tech, magnetic ride control and limited slip differential etc. So I was pleased when I found one at Crest Cadillac. It wasn't the color I wanted, but it had the equipment I wanted, and the price was good but also had discrepancies. On one site, it was listed at 23 something and and on their site, it was listed at 21 something. The car had just under 74,000 miles. Now upon getting to the dealership, I saw that the car had a lot of cosmetic defects from slight hail damage to wheel rash on all four wheels, etc. but I was still interested in the car and when I drove it, I knew it was the one. . OK. Get in to talk price and they confirmed that it is the lower price but then they have added some $2800 dealer prep package which included washing the car and ridiculous little plastic shields for the doorhandles and window tint but they only did the side windows. They didn't do the large back window. So I said no not paying it and I got up to leave so then all of a sudden they dropped it down to about I guess 1000 or 1200 I don't really remember but they said they couldn't take the tint off so I had to pay something. OK. Mind you this is a rare car and I wanted it. Then I get into the finance department with the most Amanda Priestly woman you could ever meet outside of Meryl Streep herself who looked down on me and actually dissed me because I was handing over to her $10,000 in cash rather than a check or bank transfer. And prior to that the upsell started all these extras she tried to jam down my throat, and then she starts talking about her daughter and how she and her daughter are on the outs and how she believes that you should look at life like a box that you put things in and take things out and all this holistic rubbish she even gets up to hug us at the end and it's all a freaking put on.. Because later, when I'm there, bringing the car back for what I'm about to tell you, she looks like through me like I'm not there. Thank you Tanya. I knew you were disingenuous. Ok So I get the car home and I've decided that I'm going to pay my dent guy to take care of the dings that are on the car and I'm gonna have my wheel guy come out and grind down the road rash on the wheels and refinish them so both of these guys gave me great deals, and it cost me a total of $600 to get the car cosmetically where I wanted it to be. Mostly. But then I noticed something funny happening in the trunk. Where is all this glass coming from ? There's bits of broken safety glass, falling out of the interior metal work of the body panels. Well, I've had this happen to me before that when I had no money and I bought a car from one of these Hooptie rig places, you know buy here pay here they had sold me a car that had been smacked really bad, and it was full of glass under the backseat so I knew this car had been in a wreck and sure enough as I got under it and I could see there had been repairs made, and on the side of the car that had been repair that if you looked really close, you could see ripples in it and paint runs and the rocker panel was slightly pushed in so it wasn't even done correctly. So I looked at my paperwork and all the things I printed out on the car and had a clean Carfax and inside their own ad on their own website for the car, said that it had no accidents with a big ( ! ) So I called the salesman Anthony and I tell him I'm gonna bring the car back and send him a video of the glass falling out of the body panels showing there's glass all over the back of the trunk and when you fold the seat down, you see glass in the trac. I get up there and I start talking to Kodie , who supposedly is the used car sales manager? Anyway, I have

We are extremely disappointed with this dealership and their service. Back in January we took our car in bf or repair and were told we would be called when parts arrived. We weren't called and parts were mailed back. We went back in March again and we're told parts were mailed back since we weren't called so we needed to leave our car and parts would be re ordered, today May 24th our car has still not being repaired. Instead we were notified our car now has hail damage from the storm a week ago and that our service would be closed and we needed to return the loaner immediately or we were threatened to be charged for it. Your service department is a sad representation of what Cadillac service should be. You've treated us like garbage, and now our car looks that way too. Maybe we aren't the type of customer you prioritize and our vehicle is a reflection of that. Not to worry, we rushed over to pick up our damaged and not repaired vehicle today and returned your loaner in the same condition that you loaned it to us. Do better.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARE HERE!!!!!!!!!! I dropped my perfectly running ATS off Thursday for a oil change. Normal maintenance... I pick my vehicle up Friday and by Sunday the engine was completed blown. Oil leak in my driveway, vehicle had never had a leak. I'm sure their mechanic didn't screw something in correctly. The vehicle had just passed a extensive emission test and I'm being told their guys didn't cause the engine to blow. I trusted my Cadillac with Crest and Armen who I worked directly with. I don't know if I'm receiving this type of service because of my nationality but this is HORRIBLE. You take your perfectly running vehicle and now I am completely out of a vehicle. MY VEHICLE IS RUIN!!! Logan also advised it's 100% not their fault. No one wants to take accountability. TO ADVOID BAD SERVICE AND MONEY IN LAWYER FEES DO NOT GO HERE

Oh my, what has happened. This was the only dealership I've ever bought a second car from and I made a mistake. Tried to take my new car in for its first service and well, apparently they need about 8 hours to do a paint service and they no longer have loaners. I came back to you for service. Not the nameplate and you guys are failing. When I bought my first car from you in 2016, the service was great. Oil change? Sure, we got you, here's a rental. Now they don't give a crap. The advisor seemed drunk at 1130 on Saturday. No loaner, needs to keep my vehicle until monday. Crappy attitude. If I wanted Kia level service I could have saved some money and bought a Kia. I'll be contacting Cadillac, and Sewell will get all of my service money and new car money going forward. --
