Be careful when you ask for an estimate. They fulfilled an estimate as an order without an approval and when you call them back and hand them pick up the material for credit, they said you have to deliver it back to them or else no credit will take plac.

The lady at the front that help me with the order of 2 pieces of Denshield board was quick and nice. You need to WATCH the Hispanic workers that will load the material to your truck. When they come with the denshield board that I bought with a forklift , I saw the top piece was damage and they seem not care and they had try to give me a damaged board , one of them was telling me " it's okay" . No I don't think it is and I did not paid for the damaged good, so I asked them to give me a different board. After I got home, I found out the bottom board was also damaged by the forklift. but I can' t see the damaged at the time since it face down to the bed of the truck. I am not happy with these workers that handling the loading. I give one star because of these terrible workers.
