I see many bad reviews about the pharmacy staff but I've had the opposite experience. I switched my prescription from CVS to this Walgreens and I've never had anything other than a pleasant experience. They are communicative, kind and very helpful even when they are super busy. Any question I ask they've been nothing by informative and they always go the extra mile to explain anything. I'm very happy I switched things over to this Walgreens and am super appreciative of the staff!

I could write a lengthy and scathing review, but that's not really my style. I am simply going to leave you with this: Save yourself and go anywhere else! I could probably fill my prescription out of State and pick it up more timely and with less frustration.

Consider this a forced 1-star review. i.e. it should be 0 stars. This Walgreens is incredibly slow, and they are non-communicative about delays or issues with prescriptions.

This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy in Frisco! I have been in four times to pick up the same prescription but can never get waited on because of the long lines. Then, once I finally get waited on, they can't find the prescription! Management is totally inept. I spoke to the manager over a month ago and nothing has been done. To give you an idea how inept they are, the outside pickup window speaker was out, so they shut down the pickup window for weeks! I could go to Lowe's for Home Depot and buy a wireless WiFi intercom for less than $50 and use it temporarily! This Walgreens used to be the very best pharmacy around but, for the past several years they have gone down hill, FAST! Take your business somewhere else! Walgreens Board of Directors - - is this the BEST you can do?

Let me preface this with, it takes a pretty significant amount of frustration that would bring me to writing a yelp review. Last week, i attended the pharmacy 3 times, first two having some insurance mishaps so that's on me, but when I finally received my medication after asking me my spouse's birthday (ya girl single), it was an incorrect dosage that was not currently part of my care plan. This, while annoying was still workable, since it was the same medication. I noticed during this pickup that my other medication my doctor had called in was missing, ok not a massive deal since I wasn't out, 1 pill left and I make my way over, to be told that they did not have the prescription. Hard to believe since my doctor called it in. Next day, 0 pills left (had 5 when this all began) I approached the pharmacy expecting to be on my way shortly. I arrive to them offering me the correct dosage of the previous medication, and told that they had simply overlooked the med I was currently out on and if I could come back tomorrow. No, this is a med I need to take daily. I told them this, they ask me to wait an hour and return to pick up both bottles. 8:30pm, I return to the pharmacy, give the same tech my information who not an hour prior told me to come back for 2 bottles. She mentions nothing, gives my meds in that fun little paper bag and I drive home. I open said paper bag to see the wrong medication in my bag. After I had begged this woman to ensure this be done today. I'm not going to lie to ya'll, I cried. I cried because the consequences of missing this medication genuinely effects my health. It is honestly pathetic that the sketchy kid we all knew in high school was more reliable at giving you what you wanted in a timely manner. I write this to say, do better. Ya'll aren't selling ice cream, or run a book store, ya'll are literally the lifeline of disabled Americans.

The WORST! I don't know when I'm going to learn to not come here. I think this might be the day. Worst service ever. There is no option for negative stars. There have been so many complaints. When will corporate wake up? The remodel but don't improve staff & wait times.

If I could give the pharmacy a 0 I would, worst service and nobody is helpful. I asked if they had the prescription type when I dropped it off to be filled and they said yes. Called me two hours later and said they do not have it. I wouldn't care if I hadn't reiterated that the medicine is for my 1 year old sister with strep.

I would give zero if that was an option- been waiting for our vaccinations for over an hour. Even with appointments made well in advance. The entire pharmacy staff ignores the customers , makes zero eye contact and could care less

Do not come to this place for vaccination. Totally understaffed. I have an appointment but been waiting for 90 min now. Should have told us how long the wait is when we checked in so we had the option of leaving instead of getting stuck here.

I waited at the pharmacy to ask a quick question about Covid testing. One of the two pharmacists said that they would be with me in one moment (no problem). 15 minutes later and they were blatantly standing right in-front of the help window. Never looking up at me and avoiding any help. I will NEVER go to this location again. Absolutely unexceptionable.

This particualar Walgreens pharmacy is terrible. I came in to get a second dose of a shingles vaccine and was told that I had to come back later because they were going to lunch in 10 minutes. I came back a few months later and was told that they cant see me as I need to make an appointment online. There were no other customers in line or in the waiting area. Who knows maybe competition from online pharmacies and covid are squeezing these corporate pharmacies to the point that the employees are being asked to do too much??? I visit this store regularly for normal non pharmacy items and always get good service.

ZERO!! I'd give a negative score if I could. My family has been using Walgreens for decades and I can say with certainty that this location is by far the worst pharmacy I've experienced!!! Horrible!! Not one good thing i can say! Do yourself a favor and use Tom Thumb across the street!
