Payton is the best worker they have. She helped me find different clothes and grabbed different sizes for me while I was trying things on. Honestly I truly believe if asked her to kiss the bottom of my feet she would have. The store was so clean and the staff was fabulous. I will be returning and spending lots of money.

We tried to use a coupon from UNiDAYS but we’re told it was an online only coupon. No problem. So we’re there at the counter looking to see if we could purchase the clothing online, and the woman at the counter kept interrupting us trying to “help” us pay for our items. The store was empty so I have no idea why she kept pressing us. We decided to try and look elsewhere but after looking around I went back to get a pair of jeans. I ask the woman who was helping us where the jeans were because I didn’t find them back on the wall and she tells me she put them up. She then goes to grab them and it’s the wrong pair. I tell her that they weren’t the right pair and she tells me “They’re the right pair, I put them up and remember where I put them” SO ARROGANT. We walk back and I find the right pair, but it was her attitude and arrogance that had me there leaving HOT. Bad customer service, over priced items for forever 21 quality clothing (if you know, you know)

While my boyfriend and I were trying to decide if we wanted to buy items online instead of in store to save money, the associates were rushing us when there was literally no one else in line or even in the store. All because they said they couldn’t “manually override the price” (which was oddly specific) for a 15% off coupon in store and because it was only online. That seems unreasonable as I have worked in retail and know that’s just not true. When you go to the website, 90% of their items are out of stock so you can’t save money regardless lol. Way overpriced for Forever 21 level clothes.

I’ve been coming to this cotton on for a while now and all I can say is that today was the last time I will ever be in that store again . The workers don’t help you out they are so rude, I was with a friend who was shopping around choosing items she wanted to try on when a rude worker snatched it out of her hands that is super rude and unprofessional. Let’s learn how to say “hi welcome in “ and be nice and respectful when you’re checking people out. It’s rude to not look at a customer in their face while checking them out and not tell them “have a nice day “ . This cotton on needs to do better this is ridiculous.

Amazing service! Tiff (I believe that was her name) was a wonderful help accommodating to my friends needs and suggested styles I didn’t even consider wearing! I was helping out my friends find clothes but I ended up leaving the store with shirts of my own!
