This is a great Costco location. The employees are so kind and helpful. Over the years I've had to call a few times to find out if a specialty item was in stock and I've never been treated like a burden. The prices are better than the online store so it's always worth checking to see if they have the item in store. The return policy is consistent across all stores and is appreciated, though the return line here gets pretty long during normal season so be prepared to wait.

It's a bad place, tried it several times before saying no more. Avoid it if you can, employees are extremely rude. Saw them deny entry to a service dog that the person clearly needed, it had all its service gear on and was really calm. The employee said she didn't care and no animals allowed. Half pink/purple hair employee named Aria. Took all I had not to get involved since that's illegal but will post here.

Wait time is easily 6 hrs, if you wanna waste time, this is best place. Pathetic place, they don't even tell you the problem and what is fixed. better to avoid.

This whole review is regarding the Verizon kiosk located in Costco. First off, I was told I would save money by moving my service from AT&T. The cost after putting the order in ran me $700 in taxes alone. I was told I would NOT be able to use my IPhone or 10th gen iPad on their network and would receive a titanium and an iPad 9, this turned out to be a lie. Run away and don't waste your time.

I used to like this place before the pandemic. But man, how it has changed. Many of the customers behave like vultures.Everyone that works here is so uptight and rude. I don't know why I pay $100 a year membership to be treated like a dog. Guess I'm going just try other locations despite living close by this one

this place is such rubbish! I managed a Costco few years back and you can tell they do not know how to run this warehouse! employees seem burnt out all the time and consistently hear employees bad mouthing the store. No such thing as a bad employee just a bad leader.

West Plano Costco associate before approaching self check out wants to see a Costco Membership card-what a waste of manpower when you have to show your membership card before entering the warehouse. Maybe you should also have an associate checking membership card before using the toilet. In such a hurry another associate grabs the portable scanner and scans almost all my Costco products. Not until I exit the facility and verify purchase with my receipt they find that their coworker associate omitted scanning a grocery product; so I get to stand in another line to have this transaction corrected. Excuse me but what a CLUSTER, if you are going to be fast be ACCURATE and offer additional discounts on the grocery item for inconveniencing the customer for your INCOMPETENCE

Not sure Costco is worth it anymore, prices have just totally gone up, and on the weekends it's just a total chaos and insanity. They have tons of stuff I like, but getting to the point where I am better off buying stuff at my local grocery store, and just stick to the bigger needs at Costco.

Costco Warehouse vs their tire center is night and day. The line is always long with an avg of 25 min just to talk to someone and sometimes they can’t even help that day. I don’t understand how the customer service piece can not be addressed after so many negative reviews over a long period of time. The lone person that manages the desk always has to walk back and forth into the bay area to handle issues.

Got a flat 6:10pm, thought I was lucky to be 1.5 mi away from Costco Tire Center. Wait 15min in line to talk to customer service, 6:30pm they could not help me repair the flat because at this time they are not taking more walk ins as they had 5 cars in the bay. However, they close at 8:30pm. Could they really not help me? Don’t count on them. Edit: 6:46pm, only 2 cars left in bay, still well away from closing… hard to appreciate the customer service.

I bought four new Michelin Tires at Costco (Frisco) for my 5-series BMW earlier this month. A couple of weeks later, I found 3 balance weights on my garage floor (which should never happen). Had to take the car back in for them to re-install weights and re-balance the tires. Upon collecting the car, I found disgusting black grease/oil fingerprints on my inside door handle (see photo). This is just infuriating that they do this and then I have to spend time to clean it. If this is how they treat aspects of you your car you can easily see, imagine how they treat parts of your car you can't see. Last time for me ever using this Costco tire center.

Tires are inexpensive, but the line took forever and service was not good. When I picked up my vehicle there was a white substance all over the tires and rims (which are black). When I asked an employee if they could clean it, I was blown off. I expect some reasonable level of service if I’m going to spend over $1000 somewhere. That was not it. I will not be going back.

First time I've ever had to return anything and it went wonderfully. It was a food item and I thought it would be a problem because I ate one of them. They gave me full credit after I told them that the product was just dreadful. Person at the counter agreed with me and told me she'd bought the same thing and returned it too. For the record, don't be tempted to buy "Mason Dixie Cheddar Buscuits". They are inedible. There wasn't any Cheddar cheese within six miles of the factory where they stamped those things out. The biscuit was rock hard, too. This might pass for food in Maine or Delaware, but not in the south.

Called before coming in to get a flat tire fixed. After getting here they say they don’t take walk-ins after 5.

I was out of town and ran out of my prescription medicine.Luckily, I called my local helpful COSTCO. The pharmacist, Sunit Patel, let me know what information was required. He told me how long it would take to refill. This has never happened to me before.I panicked, but Sunit reassured me that he was going to help me with my meds. That's exactly what he did.He was even helpful with one unavailable prescription. He guided me to another pharmacy, and gave me his card to have them call him. Wow! Great customer service at its finest
