I had an appointment for Rotate and Balance. It was done in about 45 minutes but Costco is a zoo.

Great prices and good service. There can be very long waits to get checked in or to pick up. Appointments can be made online.

Not sure Costco is worth it anymore, prices have just totally gone up, and on the weekends it's just a total chaos and insanity. They have tons of stuff I like, but getting to the point where I am better off buying stuff at my local grocery store, and just stick to the bigger needs at Costco.
