04/02/2024 I went in for a drug test for my job. Everything went okay with the visit. The front desk staff were really nice. Took about an hour for the visit. My complaint is that my results came back diluted. My company informed me of this and now I have to go back immediately to take another one by our company policy because the scenario looks suspicious. I'm not sure how to fix this process but I don't appreciate wasting my time taking 2 drug screens because whatever procedures being used to test urine aren't effective or efficient enough. What else do I do? Dehydrate myself to then have to try and be able to urinate when I get there?

Great visit! Arrived as a walk-in for a pre-employment drug screening for a new job on a Tuesday, mid-day. Quick check in at desk then a link to my phone for admin/registration questionnaire. Once submitted, I was called back within minutes.Staff was friendly & professional. All areas were clean and organized. Entire process took less than 15 minutes of my day. Overall great clinic, staff & services.

All the staff there are the best, all are very professional and helpful, the Dr is very good and Ms Isabel was very nice. This is the best Concentra in the metroplex!!!

I had read comments regarding the length of time a drug test can take. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was in and out - about 15 minutes total. So easy and so quick and the man who helped me couldn't have been nicer! 10/10 experience. Would go back here anytime.

I went in for a drug test and the staff was professional and friendly. They made sure that each person was taken care of and got the text message to check in. Each individual seemed knowledgeable and concerned that things were handled efficiently.

My experience with casentra, the Frisco location is very small. But the doctor's are nice an very Efficient plus the service is fast Due to the small facility.

I went on a weekday when it was a busy time of the day. Fair enough I expected some time wait. After waiting for approx 45 mins, I requested them to take me sooner for some personal reason, and a male nurse/ employee rolled his eyes and made a weird face. I expect some compassion from healthcare workers even though you are busy. Once I was in, everyone was nice and coordial and I was out quickly but that one experience from that male nurse was disappointing and insulting.

Fast and efficient! I was in and out quickly! Got my results back to my employer quickly as well! Excellent customer service! Everyone there was super nice, helpful and professional!
