During the conversation, it turned out that my company had not purchased equipment from Texas Barcode. We bought it another company. I was very upset that the equipment was broken because I needed to work and was looking for help. Despite the fact that I was not their client and had not bought anything from them, and did not even plan to, the owner of Texas Barcode patiently spent time on the phone explaining everything they could do to help fix our barcode scanner.With the help of their instructions, the barcode scanner started working! I have been in business for over 10 years and have not seen such a professional and responsible approach to customer service in a long time! I highly recommend contacting them if you are in need of barcodes equipment.”
