People are nice, but they only have one person doing all the work every time we have been there. They also have problems with their system about half the time. Avoid if you can!

Very nice lady at the front desk and she also does the lab work. She was the only one there. Took way longer than it should have but she said this many people waiting is not normal. I imagine it’s hard to predict walk-in appointments and this was just a busy day but the wait is not fun (especially when fasting). She did a good job drawing the blood too.

The best lab in its area. I traveled from Melissa because I had horrible experiences with Quest. They took time to discuss the complicated test I had to get, yes there was actually someone at the front desk! Then today I had to get blood drawn again, a time sensitive test, and was running late due to a power outage, but they got me in on time, did a great job drawing it, and were very understanding. Highly recommend.

Don’t bother making an appointment for this place. I set a 9:00 appointment and showed up early. It’s 10:15 and I’m still sitting in the waiting area.

The front desk lady was also the one who did the blood work, and she was very kind and caring! The whole experience was very smooth! I have no complaints at all.

Had an appointment, didn’t have to wait at all. Was very fast, the girl did a great job and she was super friendly. I have no complaints!

Wow !!!!!! Front desk lady was the rudest person I’ve met in my life she was mean and denied my treatment. Please don’t go here if you don’t want to be treated like a beggar ! Baaaad!!

Very unprofessional place.Not ready to help/serve the customers..I was denied the service even when they could finish it before their lunch hour but didnot..I was asked to come back the next day only to say that they ran out of tubes to draw the blood.Had they told me the previous day, it would have saved a pregnant women strain and stress while fasting.Also they charge high prices compared to quest and other diagnostic places and was one of the reasons why I didnot want to come here in the first place.But I had no option since there was a specific test that was not done anywhere else.

Do NOT EVER use this place. They screwed up my blood samples so now I have to fast again and have it done somewhere else, putting me a month behind in my health issues!
