So I have been using this car wash for a year and a half. Ultimately it is decent however recently after going here dozens of times I told them to turn off the top brush multiple times and this last time they did not. It ended up destroying my brand new vehicle in a horrific way. I understand that they have no accountability from the car wash unless you specify which I did. It was hours of work and extremely costly. This can happen to anyone so BEWARE this is an older car wash and does not play well with newer cars. They have awful customer service from management. I had multiple monthly subscriptions and have ceased them all. In addition they will be getting legal action since I recorded the entire thing. Stay away drive down the road and go somewhere else.

This place made so many changes within a year. The lady that use to scan cars moved up to be a manager and her head grew from that and the guy he said his name is AJ that scans cars in now is rude and always in a rush. Prices have change, the only thing good are the people that dry and clean inside cars they get the 2 stars

I do not recommend anyone visit this location due to the lack of transparency and responsibility shown by the team after an incident I experienced.
On June 22, I was involved in an accident while in the car wash tunnel. I felt an impact and noticed that my car was unusually close to the vehicle in front of me. My car continued to inch forward until I felt another impact. Upon exiting the tunnel, I discovered scratches on my rear bumper. The other vehicles had already left, so I reported the incident to the manager, Federico. He took down an incident report and assured me he would review the footage and contact me.
A week passed without any follow-up, so I returned on June 29. Federico informed me that he had reviewed the footage but found nothing unusual. I requested a copy of the footage for insurance purposes, but Federico claimed "everyone" was in a meeting and took my information again. Unfortunately, I did not hear back from him.
I returned on July 21, only to be told that Federico wasn’t there. The staff provided me with a number to call, but no one answered.
I visited again on July 28, and Federico was still unavailable. The staff on-site merely directed me to the corporate website and suggested I call or return when Federico is around.
This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. Regardless of who was at fault in the incident, it is unacceptable for a customer to have to return four times without any resolution. At the very least, management should be responsive and responsible in addressing customer concerns, especially when accidents occur on their premises. The refusal to share the footage raises serious concerns about the integrity of their customer service and suggests a troubling lack of transparency.
To make matters worse, they continued to charge me a monthly membership fee throughout this ordeal. I am now filing a complaint with corporate and writing this review to highlight the irresponsible management behavior. I hope no one else has to go through a similar experience.

Asked specifically is touch less car was was an option. They said yes and could retract brushes. Entered the car wash and nothing retracted, spider web scratches on paint. I asked employee and said "they forgot" to retract it. Then Frederico Carillon (manager) said nothing they wanted to do about it. So terrible experience, nothing attempted to be made right after approaching employees directly and privately.

Decent job done very quickly. I would have liked the cleaning to have been done well but I was in a rush to find someone to complain.

As I was driving away, I noticed from a reflection in a window that my car was still covered in bird poo. I paid $14 which is the third higher level, and when I asked if I could drive through again, they told me that I would have to pay again. Disappoint in this car washing please do not recommend.

I have deleted the previous post where they charged me but they did not charge me and it seems that it was done on purpose that they scratched my car and my insurance valued it at 800 dollars, the manager called me all the time, committing himself since the person above him did not want to do so Responsible, I have done everything to erase the scratch but it was not removed completely. He offered me a free wash and everything was fine. I got home and look at this scratch in the shape of circles. I am not going to go back. I prefer now to try to remove the scratch. I. This is the never ending story. Your machine fails. Accept it. I feel very sorry for Mr. Federico because these are things that are not within his reach.

don't go here, they use predatory selling practices. i wouldn't have realized it unless my wife said she got a car wash somewhere else and i wondered why we were paying for this subscription. 6 months of unknown and unwanted charges totaling over $200. they've woken the wrong bear.

They offered me unlimited washes for a month in January, I said yes for a month.But I found out that they have been charging me for 6 months now over $200. When I called they said I did not signed up only for the month of January but until I canceled. They conveniently forgot to tell me that, which I find deceiving. They also said they won’t refund me. I only had one car wash in January. I wouldn’t not recommend this place. Terrible experience and even worse customer service ?

A year ago I would have given this place 5 stars, but it drops down to 3 stars because of changes they made. Before if you got a car wash you could a second one free within a certain time frame, but they got rid of that, plus, they increased the prices. Even though they increased the prices and got rid of the free second car wash, the quality of the service and car wash has not improved. Also, I paid for the best car wash and I still had a lot of bug guts on the front of my car. I did my best to get them off, but it should have come off when going through the car wash, especially, if I paid for the best wash service.
