Very very poor customer service, Basu the guy working the register and has been working there for years, Couldn't figure out how to fix the credit/debit card machine. Also they are very bad at giving you back your correct money on lottery. Caught them a few times trying to give me less. Don't waste your time here!

The slowest gasoline pumps in DFW. This very slow pumps at this gas station are evidence of the bad and old equipment they have here. Don’t put gas in Cirklek bad gas stations !!

The woman that works here is very rude. I needed to use the restroom while I was here, and it seemed like someone was in there so I waited a few minutes because it was locked. At some point I asked the woman at the front if she had seen anyone go in there and she started rambling about how she's working and she wouldn't know something like that. Then she asked in a very snotty tone "well, did you knock on the door? Because I'm working." I explained to her that I had knocked and didn't hear anyone, and that's why I was coming to her. (I didn't know if they locked the doors or if it was because somebody was in there. Seems like a logical thing to do.)In the end she went over and unlocked the door and yelled "Hello?" Which I thought was her ensuring that no one was in the bathroom. She got all flustered and started yelling at and waving at me and rudely gestured me through the bathroom door as I walked towards her just now realizing that she was yelling at me from the start.The location is disgusting as well, with bare-minimal options.Conclusion: it was such a bad experience that I decided not to buy anything here, went to a different gas station, and I won't return here again.

This place will put a 75.00 hold on your card, on top of what you pay for gas...and you won't get it back for over a week! And the owner is a rude jersey who trys to intimidate you when you go in to ask for your money back....Ill never step foot in this place again...and I've been doing business there for 5 years...never again....If there was a less than 1 star I'd give them that..
