What a refreshing experience when compared to local dealerships telling me they can probably look at my issue in 3-4 weeks. They got it diagnosed the same day i brought it. Had the work done by the end of the next day. Nothing but friendly from the staff. Mike, Jaymee, and Mercedes all treated me with the utmost professionalism and class. Offering shuttle rides and keeping communication clear with status updates. Would absolutely recommend, so glad the auto service industry has not completely deteriorated.

I have always used Christian Brothers Automotive from Houston to Fort Worth and now in Frisco. However, this is my first experience with this particular location. My car had multiple issues: water leaking inside, a noisy blower motor, the need for an oil change, and problems with the battery and brakes. I could only afford to address the water leak and the blower motor.
After the work was completed, I repeatedly asked if the blower motor had been fixed and was assured it had been inspected and was in good condition. Two days later, the blower motor began working intermittently. When I called the representative I had been dealing with, he consulted the manager, who told me to bring the car back in.
This morning, I received a call from someone else at the shop who said they had no information about why I dropped off the car, and my original rep was not there. The person I spoke with was somewhat arrogant and uninterested in listening to my concerns, instead offering excuses. He mentioned there would be labor charges because the motor had been submerged in water last week due to a clogged AC drain. When I tried to discuss the situation, he interrupted me.
I told him not to do anything further, as I would take my car elsewhere. My main frustration is that no one asked if I wanted the blower motor replaced last week when the car was already apart and the motor had been submerged in water. This simple question could have saved me from being charged twice for the same labor. A little courtesy would go a long way. I need about $2,000 worth of work on my car, and while I am trying to get the money together, I will be taking my business elsewhere. This experience was very disappointing.

This location off Lebanon is great! Jamie is so kind and knowledgeable! The wait time was a bit longer than planned, but they provided car service back to your home within 10 miles and kept in great communication through the entire process. I definitely will be returning for oil changes and any of work instead of my dealership!

I brought my car to Christian Brothers after a dealership failed to fix it properly the first time. This was my first experience with Christian Brothers, and I will never go anywhere else again. I arrived around 2:00 PM, and they not only diagnosed the problem but also fixed it before the end of the day. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly nice and eager to help get my car fixed. If I could give ten stars, I would. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable.

Christian brothers has been nothing but exceptional to me and my family. I can’t speak enough on HIW kind and easy going they are to me, my friends, and my family. Their level of service and speed and precision is unmatched around this area and I can always count on them to fix my car with flying colors. The kindness they’ve portrayed is that of christs own character and really reflects on this company. I have to drive over an hour and a half to make it to them since I’ve moved but it is well worth it regardless of time. Thank you guys for everything! Yall are the best!!!

I came in with 2 problems 1. AC blower motor was making noise 2. AC was not blowing cold air
I paid for them to run “diagnostics” and they told me that they’d need to replace the blower motor first before they’d be able to address the AC air temperature
I took the car back and checked the blower motor myself and found an acorn in it that was causing the noise
They either A. Took the blower motor out, saw the acorn and intentionally left it there to charge me a new blower motor or B. Didn’t even check the blower motor and told me I needed a new one
Be it scenario A or B both are dis-ingenious
I actively avoid Christian Brothers and tell everyone I know to never go there

I enjoyed this auto service not only because there was religious music playing in the background, but also because everyone was so honest. I called around asking if different places offered a, "full service oil change." One place said they only refilled oil and windshield washer fluid. I asked, "what about my other liquids?" To which I was told that, it would probably mean I 'had a leak and we'd need to address it a different way." I said, "I will call someone else." So I called Christian Brothers Automotive and they said, "Yes, we do Full Service Oil Changes!" .... " I'm on my way!" I said.
Christian Brothers Automotive didn't even take my money for an inspection fee due to my tires being too bare. I totally appreciated that!!!!
