“I have rediscovered my love for JC Penney! I ordered an Instant Pot online and picked up the appliance from the store at Stonebriar Mall. I was impressed that they actually have red carts available to move heavier and large amounts of goods, if needed. I was able to take the elevator and wheel the cart to my car in the Mall parking lot. So convenient! I had ordered swim apparel online but had the items shipped to my home about one month ago. I only had to return one item and the process was made simple and easy to understand. I really hope that JC Penney stays in business at this location, since it is easy to get to.”
“15% off for educators is a nice incentive to purchase work ware here. Best practice is to buy what suits you a little large and then take it for tailoring. Check the seams for good workmanship before you do and the best pieces will withstand years of wear.”

(They're all gone now)As an educator of adults with disabilities, I LOVE how supportive this location's staff are of my students. “This children place is not that organized however items in stock. The garment prices are reasonable and with email sign up you can get 30% extra off. The sale almost always on and the quality of the material is moderate. There are less associate in the checkout. Overall pleasant experience at this location which is on first floor of the Stonebriar mall.”
