I had an extremely disappointing experience with my iPad installation. The technician did a terrible job. When I placed my iPad in its case, the screen protector immediately came off due to improper placement, causing bubbles to form. I pointed out to the technician, who had a mustache, that the screen felt uneven and was protruding, but he dismissed my concerns, saying it would interfere with the fingerprint reader. It was clear he didn't understand my issues at all. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Rude staff, mediocre service. They barely understand your issue and only proceed to do what they know. Extremely flawed refund/return policy that you cannot find anywhere in the US. Stay away, this is a scam!!

Worst Service ever they are a scam and need to be sued!! My iPhone 14 Pro Max starting overheating and flashing a white screen so I took it to them to get REPAIRED. The following day when I received my phone it appeared to be working for about 10 hours and then the same exact problems happened. This is where it begins…. So I of course, take my phone right back to them. Now nobody speaks English all the sudden. They tried to say I broke my phone in the time they gave it to me and won’t refund my $500. After an hour of SCREAMING at them for stealing my 500$ and replacing my screen with a previous old screen like they do (read the reviews). They gave me my refund finally and trust me it wasn’t easy at all. But they will rip you off completely and then forget how to speak English after. Lastly I promise 90% of positive reviews are literally them writing it themselves. SCAMMERS cell tech Stonebriar.
