Yes don’t shop here. Go to the ATT store. This place is fake cases and they are over priced. Spend a little more money and get a warranty from AT&T

I would give them 0 stars if it would let me . Purchased a screen protector here about 2 week ago . After they applied it , it had some bubbles the lady there said would go away in a couple of days. Within 2 Weeks , the entire side was bubbled up. Took it back and instead of just talking to us , she accused us of dropping it or getting it wet , neither was true. Then she takes a personal call while we're talking , I ask her why she would take a personal call and she informs us about the fact she has 3 masters. Not sure what that has to do with other than the fact that she wasted 10 years of education to work in a mall. Anyway manager was called and after some debate he agreed to replace the screen protector. Now to be fair , I'm not saying all Cellaris are like this , this one was upstairs in the stonebriar mall by the disney store , others may have employees better suited for customer service .

They had great phone cases and that was it but if you want a good price you might want to price check them on some of their cases that the price doesn't match their look.

I bought a case from here and yes, which new product doesn't work as expected. I used it for less than a week, and take the phone out of the case and it cracked. I went to the store and the lady said there's no warranty. Then tells me did it work when you bought it? Well, obviously it did, otherwise I wouldn't have bought it. Amazon and everyone else sells their products and has a 30 day warranty. But, how about bring it in and I'll see, anything to keep a customer happy and coming back..? Nothing. You think I'll buy again? Obviously not. You think I won't tell others to buy from here? Obviously. Ok, time to goto yelp and all the other review sites. I cannot stand poor customer service. #DontBuyFromHere

Careless. They took 30 minutes longer to replace the screen than estimated. But, the biggest problem is that they fix phones on the service counter, sitting on a stool, wherever. I even saw the guy drop a part as he was trying to fix a phone and help another customer at the same time. Careless amateurs! Oh, did I mention had had intermittent problems with my iPhone screen after the repair.

Horrible service. The times posted are also incorrect as far as when they say the will be there. Took my iPhone 5c in for a screen repair. They said 15 minutes and I waited over 50 minutes. Guess what....it didn't work and it was the only screen they had. Really???? Aren't you the people that fix phones. He did offer me 10% off the $99 charge but they couldn't change out the screen anyway....WTH????
