Absolutely horrible experience. Never mentioned the aftermarket screen was being used. Phone consistently overheats, screen locks up, and battery life is down to nothing. Took it back and he said the battery is probably bad. Replaced it with another screen and issues are even worse. Took it back a third time and he then said all are know issues and played it off as if he told me from the beginning. Horrible! Phone froze three times while writing this review

DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIXEL REPAIRS.
I had my Pixel 7 Pro screen replaced here a few months ago. I had called ahead and asked if they work with pixels, since most repair shops will only service Apple or Samsung phones. They said no problem, bring it in.
The service was quick which I appreciated, but I had problems with the screen almost immediately. The finger print sensor was inconsistent, a few pixels would flicker, and finally the whole screen just turned green, only 3 months after it had been replaced.
I later took it to UBreakIFix, a trusted Google partner who replaced my screen with 1st party hardware for the same price as my original repair here. They told me that the original repair used after market parts which is likely the cause for the multiple issues.
I'm sure these guys are great for Apple and Samsung repairs, but if you're using a Pixel I'd save your money and go to UBreakIFix down the street.

Stopped in for help with ear buds and they were very helpful and resolved the problem quite quickly. They have a good inventory of products and all of the staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful. Give them a try we think you will be pleased.

Was passing thru town and they were able to fix my S21 ultra that was completely shattered in 30 minutes. They did a awesome job and even asked if I priced the repair elsewhere so they could beat the price. Thanks Sean. Awesome job!!!

So I dropped my phone noon on a Sunday, the day before a holiday. I brought my phone in to their store during the afternoon. The original time my phone would be finished would be noon on a Tuesday. Luckily for me, they had all the parts I needed for my phone on deck already. They got my phone in perfect working order in literally less than an hour. I am incredibly grateful and will definitely be back with my other devices! Staff is great!

Terrible experience. I brought my niece’s phone here after she dropped it and damaged the back. They took longer than the quote time and I’m pretty sure they needed more time but did a rush job as I had been waiting in their lobby for over 30 minutes. They gave the phone back to me with tape all over it and told me to leave it on for at least an hour so I was unable to see the damage until I had gotten home and taken the tape off later. First, the screen is all scratched up, there was no screen damage beforehand. They also damaged the back where they pried it open to do the repair. They also sold me a phone case that doesn’t fit after I even confirmed it would fit and was the right case with the sales associate. The case is extremely tight and you can’t pop the phone in and out of it, but when you finally do get the case on, you can’t even use it because there’s no space for the power button so its constantly applying pressure and turns the phone off. I normally go to a phone repair place next to my house but only used this one since we were out in frisco and my niece was upset she damaged her phone. I have no clue how this place has so many good reviews. I will never go back and would recommend others to stay far away.

Great service. I walked in and Dilip replaced my iPhone 12 screen in 20 mins for half the cost of Apple.
