Paid $10 at Wash Guys for exterior wash and hand towel dry. Exterior wash at Carmel = $12, if you want hand towel dry, they make you purchase the towel dry and tire shine package for $25. Wash guys for the win.

I am completely dissatisfied with the full service today. First thing is they changed the price for full service $45 within a week. I thought that they might have improved in their service but not, the full service was faster than expected with unsatisfactory service and result. There was lady today who did the cleaning service for my vehicle, so after cleaning she told me that it’s done but when I go to check my car she was already gone to another car so I didn’t even get a chance to tell her about what need to be cleaned again. I did myself. So I thought that If they introduce in the beginning also we might know their name. Once I am done with my money in that membership card, I am not going back and wouldn’t recommend anyone for full service. It’s waste of money and time.

Overall, they did a good job. The only thing is they didn’t get my rims clean enough to where I’ll have to to clean them a little bit myself, but they’re def nice. If I live close by this would be the place to go on a regular basis

I’ve been coming to Carmel Carwash in Frisco for a long time, but unfortunately the prices have gone up a lot and the value just isn’t there anymore. What used to feel like a fair deal now feels overpriced for the level of service provided. I really wanted to keep supporting this place, but the cost no longer matches the experience. Hoping they reconsider their pricing or improve the service to justify it.

I’ve been here several times and honestly it’s been ok. However today I finally saw what all of the reviews were about. The woman working tonight was extremely rude and sloppy job with my car. When I tried to point out that she missed the drivers side door she pretended not to see me. She finally motioned for me to get her counterpart. Not sure why he had to pick up her slack.

Asked the lady for a towel to dry off excess water not removed by machine. She ignored me. Horrible customer service, totally not worth $15. Avoid!

Tried giving them multiple opportunities before i got here- however, its not just the carwash that is horrible, Its the people too. You ask a simple question and they are ready to argue and fight back over nothing. Scratched my car in multiple areas, tried to cancel multiple times and still getting charged!

Update: The 2 Dudes on Sunday that shine the tires aren'tdoingtheir jobs correctly, and made my vehicle glass dirtier after coming out the car wash with their dirty rags! Mannn come onnn You didnt even shine the tires. Smh! Now I gotta go touch it up myself. Why even pay if I gotta do it myself! Smh!!
We have 7 cars, and every car that I bring to this car wash the steering alignment goes bad!! I wonder if anyone else has noticed their vehicle alignment go bad?

The car wash itself is good, however I had opted for exterior hand drying for the body and wheels, it absolutely wasn’t done properly. I had to stop at 3 vacuum bays before I could find a working vacuum on both sides. I am not coming back here

I’ve washed my cars here over a dozen times. Always had a positive experience. Just recently I had the “works” wash and was impressed with the level of detail and cleanliness. They even have a shaded area to sit while your car gets detailed

Full size truck, air dryer nozzles rubbed the paint, and lots of soap left on vehicle. $20 wash and not towels or air nozzle. Last time here for sure.
