I was really hoping this experience would be five stars, but unfortunately, it fell short once again. I recently visited their office to schedule a patio inspection, and since I have a dog who needs supervision, I need to be present. They assured me they would call back, but as expected, I never received a call. Now, I’m forced to take two days off work. As I was leaving, they asked me to leave a review since they are trying to improve their service—despite being under new management, it seems the service remains unchanged

Moved from one Camden property to Panther Creek and it was an easy transfer process. The staff kept me informed and it was so stress free. I love the community and the staff is so friendly. Night and Day from where I moved from.

Want to give a big shout out to this leasing team. I called in last week in regards to application process and Tonia answered all my questions and went above and beyond! I asked several questions and she went out of her way to provide me with different floor plan quotes. We set up an appointment for that Saturday. When we walked in it seemed to be a busy Saturday morning, unfortunately Tonia wasn’t able to assist us since she was busy with another guest but Danny stepped in to help us. Even though I had been communicating with Tonia he was such a help! He helped me log into the app so I could do my self guided tour and gave me a map of the area. We ended up applying and weren’t able to find out the decision that day until Monday ( 7/29 ). We didnt find out until later in the day and Tonia and I spoke in regards to her being solo in the office that day and it just being a crazy day! Understood, been there. What really made me excited to call Camden home soon, is the follow up I got on Tuesday! Tonia called me to apologize for any miscommunication that may have occurred due to her being so busy. The thought never crossed my mind but I’m so glad to know this property strives on communication! Looking forward to calling Camden home!

I am living in Camden Panther Creek PKWY and the new management is very bad, not trustworthy.
They will talk to you and deny. The quality of this is degraded by this management.

My concern is about when you are using cards inconvinience fee always extra fee I don't it's considering people, kitchen sink is always smelling drain, I requested the parking be canceled because I don't need any more I don't have car they refused so it's not accomodative at all. The former Lady help me to get the place never explained all these issues !!! I just regret can't wait to move out. It's not helping at all. I

I’m in the process of transitioning from one home to another and chose Camden Panther Creek to be my temporary home. Everything leading up to my lease start date was great. The staff, especially George, were always helpful and responsive to all my questions. I was especially pleased to know that the apartments are all supposed to be recently renovated, though my own unit was never available to walk through prior to my lease start date. BUT…..In the first few days after my lease started and I began slowly moving in, every time I went to the apartment, there were little and some not so little critters. I was informed that it may be because of the recent pest control visit prior to my lease start date and the problem should resolve itself soon. Now in the days (almost 2 weeks) after my official move in, at least once to a few times a day, I’m encountering live and/or dead critters. Pest control service came out for a followup visit and so I’m really hoping to get this situation under control because I wouldn’t want this problem to ruin an otherwise good experience.

As a long time resident I am incredibly disappointed in the way maintenance has conducted themselves more than once when assuming no one is watching . Most people have cameras in their units for safety and rightfully so . I put in a request to have a panel of wood on my bottom sink corrected as it was peeling away from the wood only to see staff looking around my unit and in my bathroom with the door closed for 6 minutes .
Not only that, my toilet was used and the toilet seat was left up .
After he was finished he continued to look around and make his way into my bedroom to look around further . WHY WOULD I FEEL SAFE HERE ?! Especially when staff has access to our electric doors at any given time . This isn't the first time my seat has been left up , it's just the first time it was on camera . Why do I have to have a dog in my unit to feel safe when I am away from home ?
My rent is too high to be looking over my shoulder . Why would a man that is supposed to fix a panel and leave making himself that comfortable in my personal space ? On top of that in my bedroom where personal mail is open , with undergarments in the open , my passport etc are available ? This isn't something to downplay by ANY means . You do the job and leave . How to you even make a mends for residents to feel safe . THIS IS THE EXACT REASON I BOUGHT THE CAMERA , only to be proven right !!! Incredibly UPSET.

Beautiful and well-maintained complex sort of hidden away from the busy Frisco streets. Close to a ton of convenient places. The renovated units look great and have a very modern style.
I wanted to give a huge shout out to Danny in the leasing office. I toured 7 apartment complexes today and Danny was by far the most professional, friendly, and helpful person I spoke to. It looked like he was the only one in the office at the time, so he was quite busy, but still found time to answer every single one of my questions. He even golfcarted me to tour one of the units in the pouring rain. If Camden reads these reviews, please give Danny some recognition for his unmatched customer service!
EDIT:
An unfortunate clerical error was made during my leasing process that caused the cancelation of my newly signed lease. In response, the general manager offered me a different and slightly more expensive, but fully renovated, apartment. My previous apartment wasn't yet renovated. She also offered me a concession for the inconvenience of having to rethink my moving plans and reschedule my utility transfers.
I decided to take her offer since I like this complex and my application was already accepted. Despite the error, the general manager handled everything professionally and made the whole process painless. I felt like she had my best interests in mind. In my opinion, this is still 5 star service.

My apartment was not fully inspected prior to moving in. I have lived here over a month now and I am still waiting on my repairs to be completed.
