We had a very bad experience in Burlington Store on the night of Aug 9th 2024, at 2871 Preston Rd, Frisco, TX 75034. We encountered an extreme bad behavior from 2 of your staff, Mr. CHRIS and Ms. LATRESE.
We are 2 families with 2 daughters and 1 son each, went to the Burlington store in Plano to do the back-to-school shopping. We walked inside the store at about 10 pm and the store was supposed to be Open till 12am. When our teen girls finalized their clothes and walked in to fitting room, CHRIS closed one of the two change rooms and had just one open and stood right at the door which made all of us uncomfortable. As soon as the girls walked out, LATRESE went in and threw a basket full of clothes from the fitting rooms (none of them were our's) right near my foot. Though it was really rude, we walked away a few steps to finalize the purchase. That's when LATRESE came and pulled one of the cloths with the hanger very harshly almost hurting my hand. Please feel free to check your CCTV for any proof of this incident. CHRIS walked to us and asked us to leave the store with no reason. This kind of behavior is simply unacceptable, and my family is devastated with such a harsh experience. We are a frequent buyer at Burlington and even have store credit card/loyalty to this store. All our 6 Kids were very excited to visit this store to pick up their dress for the first day of the school and finalized them but we couldn’t buy with such a terrible experience from this store employees – Chris and Latrese

My wife & I visited this location on a Saturday morning, and we were amazed at how clean & organized this store was a weekend. Customers' service was good, and they had a large selection of women & men clothing. ( the cleanest Burlington I have ever visited)
We will definitely be back...

Pathetic !! Standing at the checkout counter for more than an hour on a weekday… that too at 10.30 pm. There is only one cashier at the checkout..

It has happened to me very often that I come at 11 and they tell me that it is already closed when the door hours say that they close at 12 because they do not have ATMs.

This was a really nice Burlington ? they had a decent selection of items for sale but the inventory could have been beefed ? up ? a bit more as the baby and toy departments were very low on stock. Overall it was a great store.

Stock is so picked over. Store is dirty and a very messy, like things are never put back in the correct places. Not a fan.

The clothes are not in order. They have teen clothes in adult clothes. They no longer have the clothes selected by sizes. In the decoration section everything is on the floor
