Well I cant attest to the care but they are not accepting any new patients, they have a waitlist that they are currently adding to.. She mentioned that they have been full for a couple of years, great but doesnt help me?

I read some of these older reviews that gave Dr. Bryan Lowery a 1 star and I just can't believe it. His staff is incredible and Dr. Bryan Lowery just gets it. He's specific, to the point, and cares. Good luck finding a better doctor than this guy!

Dr. Bryan Lowery is my primary care physician, very knowledgable, and pays close attention to what is going on with his patients. I believe he treats his patients how any one of us would want to be treated at any medical practice. Dr. Lowery is caring and understands how to talk with patients in tough times. He also spends the time and explains the needed information in an easy to understand manner. Excellent care, excellent attitude, and excellent treatment allows me to give the good doctor 5 Stars or better! I have been a patient for 4 years and I wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else! BD

Dr Lowery, Sarah, and Courtney served up the absolute best primary healthcare experience we have ever had. We were looking for a primary care practice that would help us achieve optimal health, was more focused on preventive medicine than treating symptoms and, had broad based insights into supplements and overall wellness. Ever experience the 7 minute visit? Doctor comes in - says a few words, flips through a couple laptop screens, writes a script and you're on your way? Sound familiar? Dr Lowery and his team only see 5-7 patients a day. Their service is concierge - meaning they take the time to get to know you and your family and setup the best possible plan for you to live a healthy life. The first time I went to see Dr Lowery I expected the typical 7 minute visit and truly wasn't expecting much. I was the only person in the office, the only patient scheduled for that time slot....can you imagine? I didn't wait. Instead I did a full health assessment test with Sarah, Dr Lowery's medical assistant and then visited with Dr Lowery. The entire appointment was over an hour and to tell you the truth, I had only planned on the typical 10 minutes and had to text the office to tell them to reschedule a meeting. So fast forward only a few short weeks and I have to tell you I've truly never felt better. Dr Lowery did a full blood work up (yes, they will draw your blood in the office and Sarah is painless, no kidding!) and found some lab results below the normal range. With a few supplements and some sub-dermal slow release pellets (didn't know that existed!) I am full of energy and looking forward to my next blood work up. Courtney provides healthy life style coaching and is a nutritionist who shares tips and recipes. I am planning on taking advantage of what Courtney has to offer and will write about in the future. They take insurance and we've covered everything between insurance and our HSA. Oh, and they will text you with your blood panel results within 24 hours - that was truly a surprise. Cannot say enough good things about Dr Lowery and his team! Every question I had was not only answered but was anticipated. Thank you Dr Lowery, Sarah and Courtney. You are all greatly appreciated and we cannot begin to thank you enough. Your caring, your professionalism and your medical and overall wellness acumen set you apart from every other practice. I have been a patient of Dr. Lowery's for a few years now and I must say I think he's great. It's awkward finding a new physician but as soon as I met him, he made me comfortable and I honestly believe he cares. A lot of physicians, in my opinion, just try to put on a facade to make you think they care but I believe Dr. Lowery actually does. He thoroughly answers all of my questions and promptly responds even when emails are sent. I couldn't be happier with him. He's great. And his staff has always treated me well. They also respond to emails promptly. Sure, sometimes there are hiccups in the system but I don't believe the issues we've had have been due to their negligence. I think the staff does a good job but maybe that's because I'm not overly-sensitive like some people.

I really do LOVE Dr. Lowery, he's a super great Doctor...but I have to agree with the other reviews: changing to Health Partners hasn't solved the issues with his staff. They have been terrible for years and still mess up everything. At least it's easier to get an appointment to see the him, but you really have to double check EVERYTHING. But as far as rating the actual Doctor...he is top notch! And if you truly aren't happy or its life threatening then you just need to go somewhere else. But maybe a few honest reviews will get the attention of someone so the front desk/labs/Rx problems will get addressed.

I am so glad that I switched to Dr Lowery. A friend recommended him when I was complaining that my previous physician would not help find out why I felt bad. It was as if he expected me to accept it because of my age. Dr Lowery not only took time to listen, he ran tests and did trials until he figured out my problem. There are not many doctors like him anymore. I'm lucky to have found him.

Worst dam customer service / and assistants ever !!! Don't know anything, can't answer any questions and tell you absolutely nothing that I need !!! I will be looking for a new doctors ASAP...... I've called for over an hour, and no one has picked up, I called for a broken hand, and they didn't want to see me until I have my updated policy number and I have been going to the same Doctor for 20years!!!! And they can't wait 12 hours for a new number and see me immediately!!! They don't care about the patient, ONLY THE MONEY !!!

Terrible customer service. I have had no human respond to me to correct THE SAME MISTAKE THEY HAVE BEEN MAKING FOR YEARS! I am a type-1 diabetic and they never prescribe me my 90-day supply. Endless hours on the phone and wasted time at CVS. It's a Twilight zone. I SPECIFICALLY told them yesterday at my appointment I HAVE to have 90-day supplies for insulin etc. They said "yes." I went to CVS and guess what...TWILIGHT ZONE AGAIN. 30-day supply. I am switching doctors. They have a beautiful new complex but good luck getting ahold of a person on the phone.
