Came in the last hour before they closed, my brakes were acting up and did so almost overnight my brakes start grinding, almost slipping, every time I had to stop I was embarrassed. I felt for my safety and they found the time to help me out. Me finding out I had underlining things going on with my wheel, they fixed me up the GM and employee I first met walking in met me with kindness and concern after I told him what was happening. They made sure I didn't leave without being secure that my vehicle was safe enough to get on the road and not worry, they charged me what they needed and not a penny more. Very Very Grateful to Brakes Plus and their team in Frisco.

I recently found myself in search of a location to get the state inspection done. The usual spot I go to happened to be unable to do the inspections at the time. I was given Brakes Plus name at the recommendation of a friend so I stopped by on my way home from another appointment just to check if by chance they had any openings for inspections that day. I was greeted right away (by Ali) he let me know it may be about 45 minutes but he would definitely fit me in and off I went to the lounge area. This was midday on a Friday. Just as I got settled in and started to think about maybe trekking down to CVS for a drink and a snack they headed in to ring me up and I was on my way home. Quick and easy, no hassle! I definitely recommend! Thanks Ali!
