Be careful buying your hats here, they label it one price and it rings up another, if I wouldn’t have noticed I would’ve paid $359 for a hat that was labeled $299. And manager wouldn’t price match the labeled price. I really like this store but this severely disappointed me.

This store has made a complete turnaround compared to six months ago. I went in for a pair of jeans and left with a new outfit. I will definitely be back.

First time boot buyer here. Michael was extremely patient and knowledgeable with the boot brands, comfort and the products used to condition/maintain the leather. He went above and beyond to find a misplaced boot to a pair I wanted to try on. I'm extremely excited with my purchase!

I love Boot Barn but the Frisco store is horrible. I’ve been in roughly 5 times and there’s never anyone to help you. I’ve sold random people on boots because no staff was around to help. It’s really ridiculous and not surprising that the parking lot is almost always empty. I expect better from one of my favorite chains.

Terrible customer service. When I asked if they had any other sizes for the hat I was looking for I was responded to very harshly by the guy as the hat bar area. Figures from a company that sold out to Mexico. Won't do business here again nor recommend.

We love going to this Boot Bran mainly bc our gracious salesperson Jee! She's always referring us to great sales deals & alway do courteous and cheerful. The store offers very many items from jewelry to of course great western boots & attire. We totally love it! Jee has a great personality & is an awesome sales leader. Worst customer service. No help was offered and asking for assistance was off putting to the employee. It’s not the first time but seems to be the norm at this location.
