I started tai chi in August with Jeff. I am. 72 year old woman who hadn’t done any training in years. Now less than 3 months later I am stronger, have more endurance, am much more flexible, and my balance is so good, thanks to Jeff. He is so patient and knowledgeable, I am so fortunate to have found him. Thank you, Jeff!

We absolutely love this gym and the trainers. My family has been with Jeff for several years and we plan to stay with him for many more. His knowledge and training has taken our family’s fitness to the next level and his motivational coaching has helped us reach our goals. I not taken the adventure with him yet I just speak to him while I am at his Gym. I will however say he knows is stuff and a master at what he does. I will be training with him really soon.

Jeff Capps is a great trainer. He has been my trainer for 2 months and I already feel so much better. He is very cognizant of my age (58) and my problem areas (bad lower back, bursitis in shoulder, etc) and finds exercises to strengthen those area without causing me pain or damage. I HATE to exercise, but Jeff makes it entertaining and less of a chore. I don't like big crowded gyms and this small gym at Main and County is perfect.

I've been training with Jeff for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the results I've seen from his guidance. Since I've started training with Jeff, I have lost over 50 lbs and have gotten a lot stronger and confident as well. He is such a great teacher and mentor to me. I'm looking forward to many more years of training with Jeff. If you're looking to lose weight and build muscle as well, look no further than Jeff Capps.

I've been lifting with Jeff Capps for 5 years now. I would highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking to improve their overall health and/or gain muscle. Personally, I have put on 30+ pounds of muscle during my journey with him. Jeff's experience in lifting, and his professionalism towards the lifestyle, shows in his training sessions; he has a true talent and is a born teacher. I have never been as strong or as confident as I am today and I owe that to Jeff. He is an inspiration to me and would I recommend his services to anyone looking to better themselves.
