Bittersweet Ivy in Frisco is such a cute shop! I had such a positive experience with the staff and with the product selection. I am LOVING my new sandals... I'll be ordering another color soon!! Happy 9 year anniversary!

I love this boutique! They have such a great selection of trendy clothes and shoes. They also have amazing jewelry options! I have a few necklaces from Bittersweet Ivy and constantly get asked about them! Everything I have from Bittersweet Ivy is such good quality and gets complimented by others. Love the owner and the staff, they are all very sweet and accommodating. I am always excited to go back!

I loved my experience today at this cute boutique! I immediately felt welcomed in and I was told about all of their sales. The employees checked on me to make sure I didn’t have any questions which was very helpful. I got the cutest dress for back to school and I LOVE the jeans they picked out for me, they fit perfect!! 10/10 would recommend Bittersweet Ivy, and definitely will be back soon!!

Cute and trendy clothing and adorable jewelry, however, the customer service was severely lacking when I visited. I walked in and was met with a stare, and when I said hello to the associate, didn’t receive any sort of acknowledgment. Other groups entered the store while I was there and were assisted and had questions answered, but no one said a word to me the entire time I was there. It was very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel welcome there, so I left after 30 minutes. Bittersweet indeed.
