Needed a bluetooth ear pod and asked for one that had noise cancelling and was recommended Powerbeats Pro here.
Well Powerbeats Pro didn't have noise cancelling.
Above that the Applecare+ the same staff recommended me when I asked about loss coverage didn't cover replacement for lost ear pods so there definitely is lack in staff training here

I needed a flash drive and couldn't find them. It took me asking 3 employees to get the correct location of where they were. It was a pretty sad experience compared to previous visits.

AJ was instrumental in our purchasing experience a memorable one at Best Buy. Though i was a returning customer, this experience has elevated the concept of customer experience. AJ went above and beyond to help us with the best pricing options and scheduled installation through escalation which helped us tremendously. I appreciate AJ for his focus on customer and meeting their needs and providing that special experience.

I purchased something online and chose the option of store pickup. At the store, the person at the pick up misbehave with me. Said that he could not find any order or my account, and instead of helping me with my order, rudely asked me to step out of the line and started serving the next customer. I had to reach out to a few other service personnel in the same store before one of them agreed to help me He found both my account and my order fine. Ultimately I received what I had ordered, and already paid for. But the first service person never apologized. Such a bad pick up experience. I would never recommend picking up an order from thas store.

Two VERY unacceptable things happened during my visit.
A week before my horrendous visit, the manager sold me an iPhone that I bought for my grandma. I asked multiple times to see if it would work with the SIM card she has. He reassured me every time that there would be no problem.
The iPhone was completely defective. It was tied to a contract with a different carrier. It was impossible for her to use it with the SIM & carrier she had.
So I went to return it. I told the manager that it was impossible to use, and I brought up the fact that I even asked him multiple times prior. He then starting accusing me of lying & saying that he didn’t care that the phone was defective. His tone and words were VERY rude as he continued to accuse me of lying.
He refused the return & I was forced to buy another iPhone (from Apple) and was out $1000 from Best Buy.
To make things worse, while the manager and I were talking, a vertical stack of about 15-20 TVs in boxes fell down. An employee stacked them back up, didn’t check a single one for damage, and left. 10/10 do not recommend this location for poor “customer support” & just pure incompetence.

The only sales person that talked to me was the one that glared at me when their theft protection was too loose on a laptop. Guess I'll get a new laptop someplace else.
