This location has associates that have no idea what they are talking about. They can’t explain the difference between Mini LED vs QD OLED and yet they want you to buy the Mini LED because it is new technology, when in fact it is inferior to QD OLED. My main gripe is not this lack of knowledge but their lack of customer service, especially by an absolutely useless associate name “MO”, who also happens to be their security guy. On July 7, he asked me to bring a receipt from a competitor to price match. When I did that today after traveling over 30 mins to the store, he denies it and loses a $1200 sale over a $50 price match. If I am the Best Buy manager of this store, I would be concerned about such loss in revenue. I am happy to tell everyone that the Best Buy on Preston is much more competent, nicer, accommodating, and surpass customer service expectations at all levels. In other words, they are great and make me want to go back to Best Buy. I ended up purchasing over $3000 worth of products from this store. Seth, Evan, and Miguel at that store are rockstars!!
Avoid Nisha at the Preston store as she doesn’t know what customer service is, despite being given an opportunity by her own associates to learn and grow from her experience. Once again, avoid the Eldorado store, especially MO (security and manager), who also needs to learn a thing or two about customer service.

Placed an order online at 12PM and it gave me the option to have it delivered same day from the eldorado store. I knew this was an option and this is why I ordered it as the item was needed, the same day. At 8PM I log on to see "where is it". It says - This item is no longer available for same-day shipping. -Roadie Logo- We're working on shipping your order in a day or two. Completely unacceptable. I don't want in in a day or two, I needed it today as the system told me I could have it. Why offer the option if you cannot fulfill or even give me the choice whether or not to cancel it and find elsewhere. Called customer service and they couldn't do anything about it. Tried checking the status and Roadie does not provide any other status except "gig created". This is ridiculous. I was notified at 1:10AM this morning that my order was delayed. That was the first notification. Garbage support. No contact info, nothing

Waited for 20 minutes for someone to help me buy a computer, no one came so I left. Shocked this place is still open, was going to spend few thousand. 10:45 on a workday, no other customers were there, another Amazon order it is.

I ordered an item online specifically from this store because they were the only store in the area that carried the printer I wanted, in stock, for pick up today. So I ordered it. got the notification it will be delivered to the store next week, it actually isn't in stock even though the website said it was. Very disappointed! Store couldn't do anything about it.

It seems like every best buy has a very strong sense of community when it comes to the employees, which is great. But employees forget that it is a place of business and not a social hang out with strangers wandering through their water cooler conversations. TIP: tighten up on the bedside manner even when customers aren't in the immediate vicinity, voices and subsequent conversation topics travel well due to acoustics.
