The top coat on my dip manicure was all messed up when I left. I came back the next day asking for it to be fixed. The employees acted like I was being ridiculous by asking until they actually saw how horrible it looked. Now, less than a week later, all the dip is cracking.

Joseph and Justin are fantastic!
Quality nails and toes. The salon is clean and relaxing. So much better than some of the new salons cropping up and catering to a younger crowd with loud music and manic environments.
Getting your nails done should be a treat and a relaxing experience.:)

Great experience here every time! I always ask for Christina for nexgen manicure and they always turn out symmetrical and exactly what I ask for. For pedicures I ask for Justin (great foot massages lol) Great service here.

The nail tech who must have been brand new, was not quite ready for prime time. I can understand in these times having to find good peeps, but the manager disappointed me for trying to lie about why my nails looked so bad. The nail tech kept adding layer after layer (5) and I couldn't understand why as my nails were looking like bubble nails and not sleek and pretty as they always have been for 40 years! Then when I looked at my nails, it was bc the polish I chose, was not good..it was thin and you could see the flaws of my nails. All she had to do during any of the five layer ritual, was to tell me I needed a darker polish. But she went to the manager who looked at my nails and said nothing...they were horrible looking....there were at least three different colors of nail bed showing through and just awful looking. And as she is about to put on the final gloss I finally said, "hey are you really not going to say anything about what these nails look like? And she said...oh well, this is your fault bc you should have burned your nails off with acetone and not allowed them to chip off. I told her in 40 years I have never had this happen so I was pretty sure it was the polish not working and not my nail. She asked me to get another polish and I did and it did cover but her application was terrible and unacceptable. I could tell she clearly did not want to do my nails. She did offer to redo my nails but I had already been sitting there for 1:45 minutes and had to get to another app't. Most of my next gen appointments are 45 minutes to an hour by professional salons. But the fact that the manager herself did not acknowledge that the nails were bad and that her tech was new made me realize she just didn't care. The actually lied to me and that is the part that hurt. There was only one other couple in the salon on a Sunday afternoon, so possibly this is not a great place to go. The manager definitely needs to rethink her people skills and just tell the truth. Nails are expensive and as such we deserve a pro job. After she painted my nails again, they were covered better, but looked like bubbles after five layers of next gen had been applied and were extremely uneven and the MANAGER had painted them ...She made no acknowledgement of the way they looked until I asked a second time if this was the quality she wanted me to have. I have posted the second color....I wish I had taken pictures of the first color that the manager said nothing about until I made a comment. You would not believe me If I told you what it looked like and this management made no comment except that it was my fault. I would stay away unless they hire a new team.

The girls did an exceptional job on my acrylic nails. They came out better than the picture I showed them. The shape was great and the design was flawless.

Belle Vous Spa offers great service with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. It is wonderful at the end of the day or work week. It has an atmosphere that does not make you feel rushed. Everyone does a great job.

I had an amazing experience at Belle Vous Nail Spa. The Staff are very welcoming and warm, excellent service and customer service. It is my favorite Nail place in Frisco and I highly recommend it.

I have been going to Bella Vous for 10 years and they have excellent service. I get gel manicures and spa pedicures. the staff is very friendly and the work stations are clean. I have recommended this salon to many friends.

I lived in So. California, Oregon and No. California, and have been going to nail salon. Hollie, at Belle Bous, (Legacy), I found the best pedicure and massage. So relaxing and works like majic. It’s worth the time and money. I highly recommend Hollie and Ashley. You will be very satisfied with their exceptional service. ?

?This place is so amazing. The inside is spotless with a true “day spa vibe”. My husband and I had amazing pedicures here. We got the Dream Dream pedicure (description pic attached). I wish I would have taken before photos of my feet. I can’t tell you how invigorating the different oils and soaks made my legs and feet feel.? You have to try the hot rocks massage ?♀️My feet are so smooth (it’s like I never calluses to begin with). ?We will be coming back a lot to see Kim and Loni. I am so grateful for their expertise.
