  I had to do a wire transfer during busy hours and in the rush. The lady at the front was very friendly and got me through to Jason Early, who understood the urgency and was also very nice and friendly.   Was closing my account since I stopped using BBVA & BBVA was bought out by PNC. Don’t have much experience with PNC & there were some system issues but I was helped out quickly enough with no further issues & it wasn’t difficult at all. Check for remaining balance & it’s done with no hassle.
