worst customer service! Go to the ones at Preston Rd or Legacy Dr! The teller helped other customer even though I was there before her.

I write this review and give the 5-star rating specifically to Fareeha Masood, the senior banker of this branch, because of her competence and willingness to help me. She is warmhearted, considerable and understanding client's needs. She values the relationship between the bank and its clients and makes great efforts to enhance it. She's willing to use her professional abilities to provide meaningful assistance and guidance in a complicated situation even if she has no obligation to do so. She works for a win-win solution for everyone. She is one of the most reliable bankers I have worked with.

Worst bank ever. I had to explain myself at least three times so the cashier could understand my query and after that they said they don’t offer the same service that Chase offers. The people at Chase are so friendly but these BOA cashiers are so rude. The worst thing is, the counter where cashiers are standing to help is named as Business Customer Service. Terrible bank, please do yourself a favor and go to Chase, you will see the difference in service.

Opening an Account was pleasant experience and following it up on Net Banking Services is pathetic... Tried to Call Mr Jose many times no response, messaged him, requested him to call back and look back, no responses... then I studied the Bank's Pattern since I am into Number Crunching and found that they are just early & enthu beginners... no consistency & uniformity in their Services...

Kyle was extremely helpful. I had a few difficult questions and he was very patient and friendly. I was dreading going to the bank because it usually takes too long and can be stressful. Well today that wasn't my experience and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you

Literally every time I come into this branch "several times a week to do business deposits along with my personal account". .. there is one or more often a group of angry, unruly customers treating the tellers and the management so poorly!! All angry, behaving like these tellers have any control over the labor market right now. I see these tellers hold their pee for an hour because the line was so long. I hear their stomachs growling because they have not had time to take a lunch. I see them scrambling through all the processes neccessary to complete transactions and explain the procedure to countless customers that refuse to believe that there are rules that have to be followed. Every single dang time I come in that building, some jerk is yelling about how few teller there are, as if there's some employee tree out front ripe for the pickin. Listen...these are human beings doing the best they can. They can't change the rules. They can't make magic. They can't skip all the procedures and precautions set in place to keep your money safe. They can't pull employees out of thin air. I see them work so hard. I see them struggle to keep things moving while a whole slew of angry and abusive people berate them on and on and on. Literally the worst branch, in FriscoTellers are lazy, slow at whatever they do, they act like we have all the time in the world to hang out in line.. Now they change their hours to open at 10. Just shut down! Such an unconvenience!

Had a great notary service experience at this location. Jose was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quick. He even walked me to the door and opened it because I had a stroller with a baby and my 6 year old daughter who has autism. She had a meltdown and Jose was understanding and comforting. I appreciate it a lot . Thank you Jose and Bank of America. My bank never disappoints me :-)
