Mariyum and Bob were great in helping us with our business account where other branch in Frisco won’t even give us time and said we have to schedule which can be days away. But this branch was so much helpful.

I have not had cause to go in many banks over the last 10 years. I went in today and a young lady greeted me and she asked what she could do. Within 2 minutes I'd left the bank totally satisfied. What a great experience. Kudos to Shilpi! She was absolutely terrific.
