Upon entering into this branch I was greeted by a very nice Indian lady and I started to speak to her about my situation pertaining to my debit card not being mailed to the right address.All of a sudden comes this lady interrupting this woman.On her badge was named Crystal.She was so extremely rude to this other employee. Who just jumps in front of somebody in the process of trying to do their job?Crystal your micro managing people was a bit much! Take some classes on how to treat your employees!

Horrible customer service , branch manager (( Crystal Klossner))so rude and doesn’t want to help! I brought Bank of America check and trying to cash it and teller made a deposit to my account and was told that I get it right a way but after I check my account it doesn’t show in my account and I keep asking Branch manager to verify this check and give it to me even a portion of check! She keeps saying I am manager and I can’t do anything! And keep saying I won’t give you a check back ! And this was a business check which I was waiting 3days to come to bank to cash it! So unprofessional and disrespectful from store manager! I have to open another account with another bank who more knowledgeable and responsible for their clients!
After I saw all bad reviews about this branch now I know why I should look for reviews before get to the place like this!
Shame on Bank of America! Now no one responsible for extra $1200 that I have to pay by tomorrow!
Please stay away from people that suppose to work at Walmart but because by knowing someone they bring them to Bank!
Don’t recommend this branch at all! They need to hire a couple employees to help them!

Terrible service. Was not getting an option to book an appointment online for almost a month, so decided to walk in this branch that was open on Saturday. A lady greeted us in and was getting the details to help us, but then another lady joined in and said 45 mins wait. Considering a walkin we were ready for that, but this lady was negaring all through. Trying to claim appts are possible and despite me showing what i see for online appts, she had little to no interest to sercvice us. Why is a branch open on Saturday when there is no intent to service. Try to stay away..

Chaddy told me I would have a debit card in 5 days it’s now been 2 weeks followed by a 25 minute call wait time. Now I’m spending 15 dollars to get a card expedited… I would suggest not starting an account here

Had a great experience! The staff was super friendly—everyone greeted me with a smile and even took the time for a quick conversation. There were no lines, and they efficiently took care of everything I needed. Highly recommend!

Sent my manager to the bank with 13 small deposits. She came back crying.
She was told that she will be made to wait in line again after every 10 deposits because the teller's "manager doesn't like it".
If you don't like it, staff your location appropriately. You have become the slowest and the most incompetent of BoA branches.
You no longer deserve the 5 stars I gave you a year ago.

Brenda was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, guiding me through the process with patience and professionalism. Crystal’s management and support ensured that my needs were met efficiently. I have been banking with BOA from the time I lived in Florida (May 2007 - April 2013) and continue to do so after relocating back to Texas after April 2013.
With all the technological advancements made since then, the convenience and ease of online banking has streamlined and simplified the experience. It is much easier to deposit, withdraw, and prevent fraud now than in previous years.
The frustration I felt for not being able to see one of my Bank of America credit cards on the Mobile Banking App was what prompted this visit. It was only then that I realized that I most likely needed my own user ID. I appreciate that BOA has layer upon layer of security in order to prevent fraud and preferred to make an in-person branch visit.
Casey Eiler issued me a new debit card and assisted with the setup of a login user ID to connect/synchronize with my BOA Mobile Banking App. He answered any and all questions I had. He walked me through step-by-step - and as it turns out, I had a user ID from more than 10 years ago, so I logged in and was texted a code with a prompt to enter a new password. After logging in, I was then able to change my user ID. The entire process didn’t take more than 15 minutes from start to finish.
Yelp and Google Reviews have to be taken with a grain of salt, because you never know what you are walking into until you experience it for yourself. Fortunately, here, this was not the case.
Everyone we encountered from the teller (Vidhiya) and a lady whom I can only assume is the bank branch manager (didn’t get her name) were attentive and had a professional work ethic. It is nice when you can go somewhere and receive stellar customer service. Will be back for any future banking needs.

Felt discriminated against because I’m a younger black male and I was in sweat pants about to go to the gym and needed to do a transaction for my business. They told me they couldn’t do it because a “rule” that changed a few months ago but I did it at 2 different branches the week before. Super inconvenient and unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t insult my intelligence by lying to my face. She said every branch that’s done it for me other the past few months has “broken” the rule for me.
