Don’t waste your time. This is the absolute worst bank system and you will wait 45-60 mins to do a simple cash deposit at the window because they have 1 person working the window and 3-4 other people that do basically nothing but stand around.The problem is this banks design (and other recently built just like it). They only have ONE window to take payments and 7 offices to open accounts and help with loans and other Bs that are almost never used. It’s an absurd design and someone needs to be fired over how stupid it was to approve this design when you have a lobby of people just trying to make a deposit EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I go in.Never again will I go to this bank and thinking how I can transfer my wealth over to another bank that actually has good service for its current customers.

The worst bank. I will never return to this location. Customer service has been horrible every time I go. Is this the new banking model? Terrible

Went through the drive-through ATM got cash but need to change some bills since the atm couldn’t so I went inside and I was told that I need to deposit back in the ATM and withdraw it to get the change I need it. Why can’t you open the drawer and change the bills? I’m only writing this negative revie because this is the 3rd time I have walked in and out of this location and had a bad experience.

The beautiful set-up is quite unique from the typical bank lobby/waiting area. The wait was lengthy but comfortable. There is only one inside teller desk. I think things would flow better if there was a nice receptionist in the lobby to properly inform people of how things go and what to expect.

Was greeted and told the greeter what I needed to do. Waited 30 minutes (after getting there right when they opened). Got to the teller and they told me I couldn’t deposit cash into someone’s account. If that’s the policy, the greeter should have told me. They are only open 10am - 4pm.

Amazing staff, one bank teller window. Takes Atleast 1 hour to get your number in line. And this was my 5th time visiting branch after it has opened. Crazy how banks don’t want to provide banking services!

Not military friendly what so ever! Could not provide proof of written policy stating that they cannot fill out the financial institute portion of a form. Forcing Soldier to switch banks one day before leaving for basic training.
