I love all of the Aveda products, especially the Phomollient, which is a foam made specifically for fine and thin hair. It makes a HUGE difference when I use it. It adds so much body to my hair, and gives my hair some bounce and shine. I've used it for years, and I hope Aveda never discontinues this wonderful product!

Women of color with 4A-C hair, please be aware that there are employees working at this store that do not understand your hair, nor are they sensitive to your needs. The associate offered her rude assessment of my 4A curls in a very humid day. I didn’t ask her for her uneducated opinion, though she quickly offered it without second thought.
You’ll do better finding another place to purchase products if Aveda is really the route you want to go. I’m going to take a very hard pass on Aveda and find another product line/brand whose employees behavior aligns with what the brand is attempting to accomplish. I was prepared to spend about $70 on products in this store. My money left and am lighting social media up to let others know - go somewhere else.

Yelp hours say open till 9:00p.m.NOTTTT. I rolled up at 6:30 and doors locked...employees inside closing.....Update yelp hours please

I've consistently had a positive experience at this store for over a decade. Aveda products are not cheap for a reason. They use premium, natural ingredients that are good for your hair! The staff at Stonebriar has always been very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Love this store!!!

Find someplace else to go for hair products, especially if you have highly textured hair. This isn't it. I left feeling insulted and patronized after the sales associate gave her unsolicited opinion of my highly textured hair.

There were two sales person, one old woman and one middle-aged woman. Old woman was very kind, and middle-aged woman was really rude! I could not understand the old woman's pronunciation because she is not a native American, so I had to ask again and again what she said, but this was not a big problem. When I did that, the middle-aged woman whispered with old woman, I could not hear what she said, but it seemed she talked about me. After I made a payment and got a receipt, I told her please give me a gift receipt as well. But a look of annoyance crossed her face and she told me that "You had to ask before you paid." I said "Sorry, I didn't know that." After that, she gave me another receipt with the prices written on it even though I asked for a gift receipt. When she gave me a gift receipt, I said thank you to her, but she did not look at me at all and even ignored my words. How rude she was!! But the old woman was so nice, she was so kind and always had a smile on her face.

This Aveda store came in handy when I decided to go back to some Aveda products recently. This store has probably most products you'd want from Aveda - I came for the Invati shampoo and conditioner kit. I also picked up some texturing gel while here. The employees were both very helpful and checked on me a couple of times. They have regular size products as well as travel size, so pick up a few things for your TSA baggie while you're here. This store is on the top floor of Stonebriar Mall -- it's conveniently located at the top of the center staircase.

Carmen helped me pick out gifts and was very helpful. She provided an excellent customer service experience. I felt special and she was able to answer all my questions and was very patient with me!She is a gem and I would hire her in a heart beat!!Thank you for your kindness! I will be back to the store just for Carmen!
