worst experience I've had in my life. I bought a new battery for my car, costing $189.99, and left my old battery at the store. On the website and in the store itself there are notices stating that changing the battery is free, but the employee charged me $40 dollars to change the battery in my car. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

A manager and an associate just walked away from me, trying to get help with my battery. They weren't even busy either. They just wanted to talk about sports as if they weren't an ear shot away. When I did get help, I got scoffed at several times, and my questions were ignored. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It's just speculation, but I'd hate to know how they'd treat and / or recommend overpriced items to an unknowing individual who would come to their store. I recommend O'Reilly auto parts just down the street. They were far more friendly, professional, and accommodating.

Came in to purchase new headlights since mine went out that morning. The store manager was an amazing help and even came out and replaced them for me without asking! So friendly and helpful!!!

Went in to auto zone because my battery was dead (car wouldn't start, among many other indications the battery was dead). Lance helped me so much, he explained the different battery options available for my car and what the difference was between each. He also switched out my battery. He was very polite and respectful. I will be taking my car here the next time I need something. Thank you Lancelot for your wonderful help!!! ?

I hate when I need something and this is the only location in my way home. Imbeciles running this store. Can’t ring up a simple like change that matches the ad price printed in the store ad and then tell me nothing they can do. So I have to pay more because you don’t how to override or discount on your register ? This is the only Autozone I have problems and I stop almost weekly for repair work.

Knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. Needed a new battery and the gentleman showed me what he had in inventory and let me choose. He then installed the new battery and took away the old battery in a couple of minutes. I didn't even need to get my hands dirty. Fantastic service.

I have always felt comfortable going to AutoZone for general/basic car care and one night last week I found myself sitting in my car in the dark with a dead battery. My jump-box only teased the battery into life before it died within just a few seconds. I got a ride to the AutoZone in Frisco (not my "home" AutoZone) and was greeted by Julian. While he did not have an original replacement battery for me he offered to loan jumper cables to me and said they would have the battery in stock in a few days. While greatly appreciated the cables did not achieve the desired outcome as the battery was seemingly too far gone. I returned the cables to AutoZone at the request of another associate who seemed to be trying his best to undue the positive experience I had with Julian. The contrast being Julian making a customer and the other individual was just collecting a paycheck. Anyway, I returned to AutoZone where Julian was able to determine an alternate battery would work to restore life to my car. Because my battery was still under warranty he was able to make the process quick and efficient. He asked that I return my dead battery when I was able and provided me with the new battery needed for my car. I returned the battery a few days later and Julian not only remembered me but came out to my car to make sure all was well. Julian is the type of employee every company needs. Yes, he is more of a standout when he has associates that draw such a stark contrast but I believe Julian truly cares about helping people and I have confidence in returning to AutoZone because of individuals like him. I also appreciate AutoZone's honoring of a warranty on a 6-month old car battery that died.

My car battery needed changed and they helped me out incredibly fast and the young man that moved back from Arkansas who helped me was great to talk to and had passion for his work. Loves cars and I hope to see him running his own shop someday. I'll definitely be back whenever I need it!
