I'm not sure how the other Auto Zones stores are but this store (6803 Preston) is 5? Today I dealt with Oralius. He was knowledgeable and went beyond to help with my Nissan. Always looking for great Customer Service!

Lance and Elias were SO incredibly helpful. my car’s battery terminals were completely corroded, and they helped us get the bolts replaced and fixed. They were so patient and kind :)

Shout out to Ethan. Ethan is a stellar customer representative. Though the self-scan station was not functioning, he made sure to inform customers of the malfunction and that he would be with us shortly. There were many people in line, but Ethan had us in and out in no time for a battery return. I was impressed. Hang in there, y'all.

Hello, I have never commented on anything in my life. I feel that we all have good and bad days, and I never make complaints about anything, but this time I couldn't contain myself, the service in this place is bad, terrible, as if to the employees will not pay them, they do not attend to you or talk to you no matter who it is they never help me with anything and many people have told me the auto zone does not help and we have chosen to go to other places because the attention is terrible, the truth is a Too bad, one wants a little accessory compression or at least to be treated. well this place sucks

Today, me and my son went to this AutoZone part store and when we walked in it was like the needle was literally taken off the record. My son called ahead of time to confirm that this particular part was available (Duralast Radiator Coolant Hose D71131) of which it was, and the gentleman said he would put it on hold for us. However, he will be gone when we get there in about 10-15 minutes.
Once my son and I arrived Ethan, was rude from the start. When he asks what part, we stated the part number. He said, “he doesn’t have one” I said we just called, and the gentleman placed the part on hold. He went back and said that it “must have fell on the floor.” This salesman did not want to serve us at all, and it showed.
Furthermore, I mentioned my military service he asked for my identification, I provided my phone number and my identification card. I felt like I was being discriminated against because of my race. Ethan needs to discipline by management because he will cause problems for your establishment.
