Watch them at this store. In fact avoid this location all together.They asked if I wanted the insurance and I declined. I never get insurance or any extended coverage because in my opinion it's a rip off.Well, after noticing that my bill was higher than expected I called in to ask why. They told me I was paying $17 a month for insurance on my phone as well as $7 a month for a the option to upgrade.I guess I should have paid closer attention to what I signed because they put it on my plan anyway.Tired of crooked billion dollar corporations ripping is off.

You can tell when black folks is running the store. I’m in the AT&T store stonebraier mall 5:10 on February 7, 2024 now everybody keeps looking at me but not one person said I’ll be right with you or how you doing thank you for coming in the AT&T will be right with you. Nobody said nothing. You had two people working with one customer at the counter, and the other guy was working behind me with an Another Customer which that employee was walking right towards me when I came in the store and still didn’t acknowledge me Everybody look at me and just keep working like I was not even standing there. So I just walked out.. And this is not a racist statement for Black people because I am black too..? Literally, you could’ve said something to even acknowledge my presence your customer paying customer in the store

Our problem with our router after a move is not yet solved, but I have to shout out Chris, Sheree and Adriana at this store. These three worked tirelessly to try and help us on a busy Saturday night, working the system on their end to get our home internet access back-absolutely critical for our work, even on a weekend. They could not have worked harder for us, and we appreciate them! Whether AT&T follows through or not remains to be seen, but either way, these three deserve a huge raise!

AT&T has made it impossible to transfer from prepaid to a post-pay. The employees at this store said I have to port number to a different carrier (Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) in order to keep my number but move it to a post pay account. They effectively said that the easiest way to fix this problem is to leave At&T.

I was trying to port over to att from another provider and the staff told me I am not eligible of the credit. Ended up going to another att store and got the credit when porting over. I am cool with the staff not knowing their own business but I don’t like people telling me something like this is trivial amount of money and it doesn’t matter.

Manager Sheree greeted me with such a pleasant smile. I came in with an issue and went to 3 different stores and they claim they couldn't help me since my original purchase was at Sam's Club. I switched my service from T-Mobile to AT&T and the rep ordered the wrong phone. When I went to AT&T to exchange the phone they stated they can't help me. Detrieme not to Give up after going to my third AT&T store Sheree the manager was happy to assist me. Shere made me feel like I was in good hand and I was. She exchanged my phone and made my visit seemless. I am very pleased with AT&T now and can't thank Sheree enough. Thank you.

Was a great experience asking for their help fixing a problem in my account! I added a line to my account last week and system decided to add two!! I went back to store as soon as I noticed this issue and Sheree, the manager, did everything she could to quickly fix it. Thank you so much for your help :) Totally satisfied and I definitely will be back when needed.

This was the BEST treatment I could ever ask for. I bought iPhone 14 Pro max and had problems with Apple ID username and password. I made several trips to this store and Ms. Sheree did not get tired of helping me. All my frustrations were met with GREAT customer service and assurance. I am forever grateful. A good example of dedication and compassion. Great job Sheree!!!

Was great overall! Chris was very patient and awesome. He provided so many options and deals when helping us with our plan and new phone and watch. He was very efficient and the moment we walked into the store, he was ready to help us.

We were in the middle of fighting Thanos and his intergalactic goons when our iPhones needed upgrading. As you can imagine, we were in a bit of a rush, the universe being at stake and all. Troy was professional, and efficient with everything we needed. So, in a way, he helped us save the universe!!

when you go to buy a phone or you plan to change your operator all the sellers want to help you, but if you have a problem or you plan to return a phone or have a claim! there is no one who wants to help you! the employees go to the office and leave you waiting! very bad experience! now T-Mobile welcomes me back

Sheree and Kendrick were absolutely fantastic! They hooked us up with an amazing deal for our WI-FI and phones. Their customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced!!! They even stayed late to help us with our phone fraud in and didn’t rush us at all! I love this store and will be coming here for all my needs from now on! ????
