Great store but terrible staff. She wasn’t rushing me out when there was more than 20mins before closing. And she even asked “why are you shopping so late?”, then made a list of rude comments about my work and schedule. She needs a different job, not customer facing. I left the store at 7.55pm then went to Lululemon and the ladies left me looking even when it was a few mins last 8pm. What a difference!

5 stars for the clothes 1 star for the service at this location. I was so glad to find a great fit for one of my kids at Athleta. We found so many great options that fit. The issue was when trying to get a fitting room no one helped us. We saw other people get welcomed quickly and offered help. We weren’t offered any assistance at any point. No one came to offer help with sizing or other options despite not seeming to be busy with anything else at the time.When we went to the register one associate was ringing up another customer while the other ignored us doing something with inventory at the counter. She finally stopped what she was doing and asked if we were ready to check out when another associate who was hanging clothing behind us asked her.In a store with 5 associates and so few customers it made zero sense to me to ignore people who were actively attempting to purchase clothing.I like to shop in person whenever possible to make sure people keep their jobs but I won’t be visiting this location again.They need to learn how to smile, welcome people and ask if they need assistance.

Not a great experience. I just left the store and have never felt so “othered” in my life. I do not believe I am their target demographic especially after the manager gave me an ugly face once I told her I was just browsing. I normally shop online and will keep doing so. This location does not have to worry about me or my purchases.

Very bad customer service.They’ll smile at your face only if you’re buying but then treat you like garbage when returning. Very very disappointed. Athleta used to be way better than that.

1. Click on the photos above. 2. If your vibe doesn't resemble that of the models pictured, good luck getting acknowledged at all. I begrudgingly visit this store to make returns for online orders from time to time, but I gave up on browsing the store a long time ago. In contrast, the other workout clothing store from Canada across the hall is always packed.... for a reason.

Terrible!! They convince you to sign up for their bs credit card then don’t honor the 20% and overcharge you. Complete scam!!! Do not shop here!!

Can this company please get some customer service representatives that speak English as a first language to answer calls about Credit Card accounts?? I spent an hour trying to get a new card today due to the delay (I'm assuming this outsourced to India) and I could not understand the people on the other end of the line

Love this Athleta location. Had to go in for a few returns, picked up a few things while I was in there, and ordered something else online for delivery to my home. The employees were kind and helpful through the whole process. I have been a fan of this brand for years and this is my favorite store I've been to. Will be coming back to this location for future Athleta purchases for sure.

Comfortable clothes. Was there in the evening and there were too many sales ladies. One of the young ladies greeted me near the door the second I came in, then other asked me many times if I was doing ok, to the point where I said, “oh my God.” They were pleasant, smiling, and clearly doing their jobs—I just don’t like hovering sales people. An older lady, who seemed sweet, at the cash register explained a complicated rewards system—but she was actually pushing a store credit card. When I said clearly that I don’t want a store card, she said she’d put the paper application in my bag anyway. OMG. I was only trying to buy a pair of shorts. High prices but maybe worth it for particular items. Now that I’ve been in two of the retail stores and am familiar with their merchandise and pushy outdated sales system, I’ll just shop online if I ever want their clothes again.

This review is all internet based. I ordered 2 pair of pants for my wife(birthday ) back in beginning / mid July. I did not receive first pair until August 14 or so, about 4 weeks later. Ok, I accepted that. The second pair I never received. I called and was told, "not sure", but they will credit me 8.00 for shipping. Hmmm. Today, 8 weeks later still no 2nd pair of pants. I track them via their web site. It shows SEPT 21 to deliver. Mind you this is UPS. I call, I express my frustration, as I do, I was cut off mid sentence and sent to another person. I merely ask them to look up the order, tell me where they are and when will I get them. Answer: NO IDEA. They can NOT find tracking for my order???? They want to refund me for the pair, re-charge me another pair and send them out to me again. I said absolutely not I have waited 2 months already. ( I was then under the impression they would Not charge me for the pair at all and send them. I was furious, but I agreed, UNTIL they needed my cc #. I inquired, was told so they could charge me). My response basically "WTF"! Over 10 weeks for a pair of pants. No one knowing were my order is. No one can resolve this. But they can take money easily enough. NO THANKS A company should control how fast something gets shipped and where it is in the process of shipping. They should also understand what is reasonable and if it may not be, explain that PRIOR to ordering and shipping. Some things are out of their control, BUT not what I am asking. My wife will get her b-day gift, but not from Athleta
