Came in to upgrade our phones tonight. The Sales Associate, Chase, quoted a price just under what we saw for upgrades when we signed into our account online. He then quoted a second amount that was higher by the amount of the taxes on the new phones which I paid. Then Chase proceeds to tell me we needed to pay the taxes on the new phones. When we tried to discuss the differences between what he said originally and what he said the second time he just kept saying that we misunderstood him and that "he has no reason to lie" implying that my wife, my child and myself who all heard him say the same number were lying. Completely unacceptable business practice. If I decide to go into another AT&T I will drive further to go to another store... if I decide to return and I've been with a customer for over 20 years with multiple lines of service that says something.

Internet has been...meh. Trying to get my account sorted out has been a nightmare and no amount of 800 number CSRs have been any help. They sent me an email saying my account has been updated and call this number if this was not you. I called the number and they said we can't help you and that I might need to go in person to get this sorted out.

We upgraded my husbands iPhone and had A plus service from Jesse and Mason & shout out to Cliff as well! Best experience ever at Att store in all of the many years experiences we have had!!! Typically long and tedious with lots if waiting but not so today... highly recommend this store all techs knowledgeable and fast!

be aware! this at&t store sales people are scamming people into signing for new phones with fake promotion. make sure all your promotion terms are in writing and printed out for you to review before you sign anything.

I had a great experience at this store yesterday. The store was well staffed and a young man, Gabriel, quickly stepped forward to help me. I bought a new phone from AT&T to replace my VERY old first generation SE and needed to get the new phone set up and everything transferred. Gabriel was very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in helping me; not just going through the motions. He got everything transferred and set up, including adding credit cards to the wallet. He helped me establish a couple of new passwords and warned me of some additional wrinkles I might experience as I started using the existing apps on the new phone. I appreciate him installing the case I'd also purchased, explaining how the wireless charging would work and why I might want a newer model charging block. In all, a great experience with Gabriel at this store. I'm an old guy and recognize that staff come and go in these retail environments, Gabriel was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, putting a better than expected face on an AT&T experience. It will be a loss when he moves on. My experience otherwise: the store was neat and clean. Other customers came in while I was being helped and they were quickly greeted by the other staff.

I spoke to Luis on the phone. He stated that my husband and I would receive $1000 for a trade in for our iPhone X's. He also said they had the iPhone 13 Pro Max in stock. When we arrived ON THE SAME DAY AS THE CALL, Luis told us that there were no iPhone 14 Pro Max's in stock and it would take up to two weeks to get one sent to our home. We decided to go with that and Luis confirmed again that we would be receiving a $1000 credit for each of our phone trade ins. When arriving today to give them our old phones, Luis said he NEVER said that (And I forgot to bring the paper in where he had it in writing) and he was exceptionally RUDE! His attitude was uncalled for and very unprofessional. I STRONGLY suggest you remind him what customer service is and to not promise things to people he cannot deliver on. We are SO sorry we went to this AT&T store! NEVER again!

purchased the s21 ultra on August 7th. I went in this morning to have my phone replaced because my volume buttons are not working. I have a screen protector and heavy duty case on it since I purchased it. When I went in they told me to call 611 and go through the warranty. I called and did that. Then realized, why am I paying full price to purchase a refurbished phone. Now two trips to att and currently being transferred to the 6th person on my call so I can just exchange my phone for a new one. It should have been exchanged the first time I went in this morning. My husband and I have been customers for 10+ Years.

Worst customer service ever!! I have 7 lines with this company and the associate did not care my order was messed up. His only response was call customer service. Meanwhile the email from att said goto the store and show a valid ID. Unreal!!!

I had upgraded my phone at an AT&T location in west Texas but I did not have my current phone on me in order to turn it in to receive the $700 credit from the promotion currently running. The rep informed me I would be able to turn it in at any AT&T location and they would honor that. After getting back into town my husband and I came here and were greeted by one gentleman who seemed to be the only one there. He let us know he would be able to help us shortly as he was occupied on the computer. Understandable. A few minutes later Tati-Yana asked if we had been helped yet and we answered no. We let her know why we were there and she said to go ahead and have a seat, and aggressively dragged a chair to my feet, then did the same with her own stool as if she was disinterested in working there. She valued my phone for $290, and I had made her aware of the above situation. She was very quiet, almost rude if I say so myself. My husband also noticed everything I did. Upon being given my receipt, I had asked a question to be sure that I would be credited the correct amount and was given a one word answer. No explanation or attempt to explain the receipt format. I almost ran out the door because we felt so unwelcome. I'll be calling AT&T later to confirm that this transaction was handled correctly. Poor customer service. Avoid this location if possible.

I was hoping their average 1 star review was an exaggeration but unfortunately it was not. Came here for ATT screen cover replacement and was told they didn't do that there and I would have to go to a kiosk in the mall. That didn't sound right to me and I even had the receipt proving I had an ATT brand screen cover which has a lifetime warranty but the staff member also had it pulled up in her system. I decided to just go elsewhere and was told by another att store down the street that any location should be able to replace my screen cover. Not sure what the issue was with this place.
