This store and customer service Sucks! Promise and do not deliver. Wont answer the phone or messages. Very poor customer service. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

I want to start by saying I had what I thought was a good experience, I picked out my pieces, discussed which pieces would fit, agreed to pay for the pieces and was told once I knew if any pieces would not work to let my salesperson know and he would refund them. This is where it went south. I came home, did my measurements again, called right away and told them which piece would need to be taken off. Was assured again that this was not an issue. I waited the standard 7-10 days for my refund, called again and supposedly a manager was going to call me back. That never happened. Call their "support" number and was told that I was receiving a $1500 credit for the store. Umm no I want my money. Anyway after clawing my past everyone I finally got the refund only took me three weeks. I will definitely not be purchasing through Ashley again.

WARNING DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!
My significant other and I came in on a Saturday and spent a while looking for a couch. After fending off sales people a couple of times, we made a decision on one and asked a few questions about delivery and pet protection when he then decides to pull in the manager Megan Wright for help pitching which felt sharky and very pressured, so we decided against both since they were weird about it then he called her over AGAIN to try and pressure us even more. We still said no, and they still showed another quote with both items on there. What a terrible business practice. As a sales manager, I would be ashamed if my team acted like that.
After taking them off, we finally get to the register and run our card on the terminal it says approved, thanks for your payment. Then the sales person goes to have us sign something on a tablet, and the tablet dies... they converged and conversate in the back room, then came back and said the charge never went through.After checking our account, the charge 100% went through. Even after showing her, she claims the charge never went through and refuses to do anything to try and help other than suggest we swipe our card again. Wow. Here we are 3 days later, and the charge is still there, yet I have no couch. Megan Wright was incredibly unprofessional and offered nothing not even an apology after I swiped away $2300 in her store. Please. Go ANYWHERE else

Sales associate Shad Swanzy was excellent! He approached and gave us helpful information when we found something we liked, but did not pressure us. We did a lap to see what else there was and when we came back he was nearby and ready to assist us. Great service! We’ll be looking for him next time we are furniture shopping.

I want to rate Ashley with zero stars if I had an option. Worst customer service. Next time I will make sure that I don’t buy anything from here .. buying any product is waste of money..

Zero stars of I could. The moment I walk in, the sales guy (big guy with a hairdo) walks straight up to us and starts harrassing right away. He wants to know why were are there, what we are buying and starts being snarky. I tell him we are there to have a look around and get some ideas but he insists - nobody comes to the store to get ideas, they are there to buy the stuff.
He then follows us around asking why are we just looking at the furniture (sofas) and not sitting on it and taking it out?
If this is how pushy the customer service is before we even buy the furniture, imagine how they will be once you buy some stuff. Good luck if you are financing.
We made a beeline out of there and went to the straight to the much nicer store next door. Sorry Ashley your lost our business and my family's.
If you don't want to be harassed by pushy sales people then don't go here.

Beau was awesome! We came in originally looking for one couch and decided about a week later to go with a different one and he helped us every step of the way. The manager Megan was also very helpful with the ordering process and now we are excited for the delivery of our new couch in our new home!

Absolutely amazing experience, Tahar our salesman did such an amazing job guiding us through the store and finding us exactly what we needed and more. Such a friendly and welcoming experience I highly recommend this place and I really appreciate Tahar's and Beau's help. Beau did such an amazing job helping us pick out a mattress that fit all of our need and gave us such great deals. Highly recommend this play and thank you Tahar and Beau for your amazing skills and helpfulness.
