I gave this a 5 star because everyone who normally works here. I go in 5 times a week. So I know that they sometimes have people from other locations come in to help. I love this because it gives the people who usually work there a break. A lot of them work multiple jobs. They are all so kind. I love this 7/11 . It's right by my apartment and I come here a lot. I went in tonight to get a white claw and saw someone new. I always bring my ID because I am a bartender and I'm under 40.. I understand it's their responsibility to card me. This new lady ID'd me which didnt bother me. I said hi are you new? Im a very personable person. I was simply asking because i havent seen her. She didnt acknowledge me, and said the price as she rolled her eyes. Extremely rude. I said I just know people help from other stores and I haven't met you before. She looked at me like I was trash and said oh and I bet everyone knows you huh? Like I was trying to get away with to showing my ID. She was just extremely rude. Ownership, your regular employees are amazing and kind. This lady should truly not be able to spew her negative attitude into your business.

Daily after 12 am the store stays closed till morning 4am. This happens daily.

Don't you think y'all are exaggerating about a silly little accident with a wine bottle getting broken when bottles of wine need to be put on the very top shelf y'all look dumb making a big deal about an accident I made when I was just simply following the usual bag rule at 7- Eleven ?

Family operated. The 2 daughters have no clue what to do behind a cash register. Avoid this place, as there is a broken door, ghetto employees, and just seemed like a bad store.

Lady working late at night is no help. Went in to pick up an online order and she's just talking on her phone. I told her the name for the order and she says out loud I didn't hear anything for an order. Of course you didn't, you were on your phone. Order never started until I arrived. And she sometimes has her kids behind the counter with her and you think they work there. Sometimes they do the work for her because she's too useless to do her own job.

the cashier refused to sell me scratch off tickets, claiming that you have to be 21 years old, even though the legal age is 18. i had to argue with him for several minutes and he still didn’t understand, or apologize.
