I go to this place with my dad almost every day to get a coffee for him, and a snack for me, and that's it, but there's a guy there who insists we get a muffin. I'm sure he is trying to be nice, funny even, but he's not. Today I told him "no thank you, we don't need the muffin" (my dad doesn't even eat it, why waste it?) and he looked my dad in the face and told him to go get a muffin. This is extremely upsetting to see, because I know my dad doesn't like confrontation, so he go gets the muffin every time. This isn't the first time, my dad has tried telling him no, but he's pressured into getting a darn muffin. The guy shouldn't care what the person is getting, just do your job and go home. I get it, share some jokes, be nice, cool even, to keep the people coming because they know you as the cool guy, but this isn't ok. I hope this review changes something, even if it probably won't because it's a 711. (Also before anyone says it, yes I know some of the responsibility relays on my dad, and maybe even on me, because he should be able to firmly say no, and I think he should, but he must not find it a big deal.)

Bought an item here today that expired 3 months ago. I didn’t have time to take it back. Quite frustrating. And the store smelled awful. Very dirty.

No coffee on any dispenser. No cappuccino on that dispenser either. No donut variety, only had 2 chocolate donuts. Glad I don't live by this one, but a waste of time especially if you're looking for your morning coffee..

On July 1st 2022 I was at this 7-eleven buying my gas on my lunch break when I locked my keys, phone and everything else i own in my car. Peter, one of the managers was so helpful with loaning me his phone and offering to buy me something cold to drink. He continued to check on me and help me find a locksmith. He continued to check on me until I got my car unlocked and got my keys. I waited inside the store as it was over 100 degrees out that day. I witnessed his kindness to all his customers, some were regulars he knew by name. Peter is an exemplary employee that deserves positive recognition from the company he represents.Thanks Peter so much. I will always remember your kindness.

I was really surprised to find Chicken & Meatball Skewers at 7/11! And even more surprised when they were great! The staff here was great too. Very helpful. I need to call the corporate office to be certain that they are cruelty free though because although it seemed so I would feel more comfortable with some follow up. The experience at the store was nothing but a compliment to my day and the staff was so friendly & helpful.

I came to the air pressure machine because my car tire little flat and after I paid to the mechine 6 quarters i discovered the machine it’s not working and they didn’t put any sign also they didn’t refund me my money.
