No complaints about this place. I’ve never been here at night but the day shift folks are awesome. Super friendly as well. They always have everything stocked too.

Customer service is good here, but the restrooms are disgusting. I understand it's a gas station so it's going to see a lot of foot traffic, but come on. How did the employees even keep clean?

The employee who serves an elderly man at night is a jerk, bitter, rude and more. I won't enter that place again. I see that there are several comments talking about the same employee and I see that he continues working there as if nothing had happened and the worst thing is that he continues to act terribly. Can someone explain to me why they don't run it?

The worst experience I've ever had at a 711. The guy was super rude. I wouldn't want anybody to go thru what just happen to me. Very upsetting. Stay away

My husband stopped for snacks and a drink on the way home. In the store he had a mini seizure and INSTEAD OF CALLING 911 the clerk/manager threw my husband out of the store calling him a junky. My husband was able to recover and get in his car before calling his neurologist but I HATE TO THINK what would have happened if it was a full seizure when he was thrown out on the street. Didn’t even call 911, he just threw him out calling him a junky and told him to not come back. As if we would after this incident. I will not be returning to this nasty, cold, inhumane, building calling itself a gas station. Maybe they should worry about their clerks with blow residue crusted on their nose from the night before. Pick a QT. Or even a Shell. Don’t go here.

Used the restroom and then got in line to buy my drink. Got yelled at by the staff. Horrible customer service. Horrible attitude. No indication that the bathroom was closed. No sign. Nothing except a dolly near the door. Apparently I am supposed to know that mean that the bathroom is closed. He yelled something about people smoking drugs in there. 7-Eleven has really gone down hill these days it feels like. Will definitely never come back to this location. Maybe not to any 7-Eleven. Pretty sad because they are a business from Dallas and I want to support them.

This 7-Eleven along with the Exxon gas station is typical of most. However one thing was very obvious that the owner takes good care of the place as it was extremely clean. Trash cans at the pumps were even recently emptied And the gas prices are pretty good.

This newer guy they have (pictured) on late shift always puts up a “Sorry We Are Closed Be Back in 30 Minutes”. It’s only when he works. He’s not cleaning or sanitizing anything. Pandemic is over, masks are over, this employee is just shutting down the store for hours just playing on his phone. I asked him why he has the sign up all night and he will be back in 30 minutes because I’ve come back 2 hours later and he still has it up there. His English is very bad but he told me if I take this picture that I’m posting now, that he will keep the store closed all night till morning every time he works. Well dude, you’re doing that anyway and only when you work. I know the other late night people because I work late and stop in at 2-3am almost nightly. P.S. can I have a job locking up the store all night then playing with my phone and get paid? I’m sure all the other employees would love to just keep the 7-11 closed and get paid.

I hope Employee Aimee sees this text 7-11… she was amazing… she wasn’t busy so she helped me make my nachos .. she works night shift and she was very pleasant to speak to. ?
