Recently submitted a application for leasing the apartment and paid
Online Application Fee $75.00
Online Admin/Move In Fee $150.00
Later had to cancel the application due to personal reason. When I checked with office staff at least what I heard is if I cancel within 14 days I will not get the application fee but will get back the admin/move in fee. But that was not the case. They did not give my admin fee $150 back. And they also told me that I was the one who misheard. Not at all happy with this. But otherwise they were good when I was touring the property initially.

I have been living at Four Corners for approximately eight years I have always renewed my lease the staff and management has always been just great including the maintenance services

Terrible, I've been waiting a month for them to come and fix the microwave failure,
I have now been without that service for a month and neither has the kitchen exhaust fan...
To collect, they are up to date but to solve the problems they do not appear...

I would not recommend this place at all they will screw you over so fast if you are leaving the apartment. we were told 4k to brake the lease. (we bought a house) then when we made the last payment to break the lease they were like of by the way you owe another 2500. They won’t work with you. and it hasn’t even been a month and they sent it to collection. what ever you do DONT SIGN A LEASE WITH 4 Corners apartments. not only was this bad our whole experience was bad. mountains of trash outside the dumpster. the water smelled like rotten eggs. the maintenance never came and the list goes on from there. whoever owns this complex need to be shut down. horrible all around and the squeeze every penny they can from you if you do not decide to stay.

Ashlyn and Keyara are so great! These two ladies always provide 5 star customer service. The community is beautiful and you can’t beat being right on McCord Park!

We have been staying in this apartments since a Year now, would like to mention that the leasing staff are very understanding and helpful. Especially whenever we reached Dallas from lease office with any concern, she addresses it with much care and attention.
Overall we would love to continue our stay and recommend it to others.

I took a tour for my daughter's furst apartment and I liked how welcoming everuone is. Great place, great people and superb customer service. 100% recommend it.

When I visited the apartment leasing office, Ashlyn Watts was really great. She helped me to apply for the apartment. She explained about amenities available the apartment building by taking us a schedule tour. She was extremely nice staff and understood our requirements and clarified our doubts without any hesitation.

I lived here for 2 years, the neighbors upstairs fight all night and don't let me sleep,
They smoke and throw cigarette butts down (they live like 10 men) the garbage is disgusting, there are rats outside for the same reason, they put barbecue grills in the hallways, and bicycles that they do not let you pass and it smells like dog pee, you can't go outside walk because there is a lot of dog excrement, it seems like a neighborhood where people hang clothes on their balconies, plus cockroaches come out!!! I can continue writing more things, but there's no point????I don't recommend it!! They have neglected the property a lot ???

I recently renewed my lease for the third year. One of the deciding factors for me was the management team. For the most part, I have dealt with Ashlynn Watts. She has always gone over and above for me even coming and scrubbing the breezeway herself. I don’t think you’re going to find that in management very often and I have very much appreciated it.
