It must be something in the air, but customer service in the town of Friona, TX is pretty damn terrible and that extends to governmental agencies, such as the local post office. Perhaps the young lady taking parcels and payments thinks she's too good for the job, but her help was minimal and her attitude was in excess. I'd say don't come here if you don't have to, but that isn't always possible in a small town.

If you want to change your PO Box, it's going to cost you more than just the rental fee. You're also going to have to take time off work and lose money there because you have to physically go in and do it all in person, and if you commute to work in another city, that means taking time off work.
